Enroll/Unenroll multiple courses from the User profile I am currently selecting multiple courses and then selecting the individual to enroll. Is there a way to make the enrollments from the USER summary instead of the COURSE level? Thank you! 

Is it possible to create fields that the user can fill in themselves either in the profile or a course?I see the option in Advance Settings to force users to fill in mandatory fields upon log in but is there anyway to make a field that is not mandatory but they can edit on their profile? Thanks,Aimee 

Hello, there!During our last webinar meeting about this month’s releases there was mention that there would be new limitations on what reports managers can pull over those within their hierarchy. Now, my team is new to the Docebo Community page, so I might have just missed it, but is there a place I can locate additional information about what is coming as far as changes go? So far the only information I can find on what reports a manager can pull on their Team is what I find in this article: Reports for Managers – Docebo Help & Support. 

Hi Community,is it normal behavior of Docebo when using “User has been created (by administrator)” to send email notification to the user but also to the SuperAdmin? This notification has target set to Users but me as Superadmin is receiving their emails as well. Thank you!

We recently started adding links to courses to our company Community newsletter emails (sent by our Marketing team via Constant Contact). I’d like to start tracking newsletter clicks (e.g., if a user clicks a link in the email newsletter they received) in Google Analytics via custom campaigns. I just ran some quick tests this morning but since Google Analytics campaign reporting is not updated until the following day I won’t know if it worked until tomorrow. But when first going to the LMS sign in page it redirects/swaps the URL out along with my campaign tags : ( Anyone using custom campaigns in Google analytics with Docebo?I saw a similar discussion here but it’s not Google Analytics specific: https://community.docebo.com/topic/show?tid=213&fid=3I guess worst case we could setup that workaround but I’d rather not. Hi Docebo community, I’m new here.  I have one branch on my platform which then has a number of sub-branches.  I’m trying to limit my “User has been created (by administrator)” notification to just my main/top branch (without the sub-branches and their descendants) but I’m unable to change the setting.  Can anyone help, please?I am able to select singular/multiple descendant branches (clicking the tick on/off) but this isn’t want I want to achieve.  I simply need to have the main/top branch having a different notification message issued - this is our internal staff.  Sub-branches are for external staff (non-PAYE users).Any help would be super helpful.  Thank you

We are customizing a few terms via the localization tool. One term we have changed is ILT. I have been able to change it most places but we have an Task List widget on the dashboard and I can’t seem to find how to adjust it there. Does anyone know which catagory this term falls into? I have looked at Standard closely and looked through all searching for ITL. Thanks,Aimee 

I want the button that allows someone to book onto a course to say ‘Enrol’ and not ‘Enroll’ or maybe even to change it to something else.The thing is, I can't find that option in the localisation tool /translate area.Anybody have any ideas?   

Hi, we have a course which includes an assignment, which is then marked by the instructor. If the instructor accidentally makes an error during marking (e.g. they mark them as passed rather than failed), there doesn’t seem to be an option to edit once something has been marked. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

When a user accesses a recording of a webinar, and the Mark the event as attended if the user accesses the recordings option is selected, is there no way to automatically mark them completed when there is only 1 session and 1 event? 

I was trying to randomize a certain number of questions in a test. For example, If I have 4 questions, I would like to randomize the first 3 questions and always have the 4th question at the end of the test. I chatted with one of your Support Specialist, and he said that Docebo does not currently support this. I believe this feature would be a great addition to the Testing options.

How do you display similar courses  that are delivered in different regions?

I want to deploy a few different campaigns to drive interest. I also want to know the effectiveness of each. I thought of using subscription codes in my campaigns. I was thinking 3 campaigns using 3 codes. I can see the users based on code usage to see campaign effectiveness. I am currently testing my use case, but it appears each scription code could only be used once. How can I configure it for multiple uses. If I can’t, any suggestions on my use case would be much appreciated. 

At my institution, new hire employees receive several training assignments based on their role.  Someone else set up the original enrollment rules and notifications, and I inherited the ongoing maintenance.  I was recently horrified to learn that new employees may receive up to 5 digest notifications on their first day!  Does anyone have any tips for how I can combine those down to a single email that lists all of the courses assigned that day?If it helps, one enrollment rule assigns all of the core trainings that are required for everyone and there are 4 more rules that assign a single course each based on the individual’s role (different criteria used for each).  The same notification template is associated with all 5 enrollment rules. The event trigger for the notification is “Digest: user enrolled to a course.”

We are thinking of switching to self-registration. Currently our users are either manually added (external users) or their accounts are automatically created via SSO. We use Active Directory as the basis for OKTA, our SSO platform, and our IT dept. does not update as frequently as we would like. It also does not have all of the fields we need including branch. Switching to self-registration would eliminate the manual entry for external customers and assign branch and  current info. Does any one have experience with this? I am assuming an account created via self-registration (using the SSO password) would be able to log in via SSO subsequently. Any advice or best practices would be appreciated.

I’m adding subtitles to our video training materials and I’m wondering if someone has found a way to set subtitles to “off” as the default. While we wan’t to provide the option to use them, we don’t want them to always be on. Has anyone found a fix for this?

I sent a test email as a manager to one of their reports in My Team. The message came to my test email but it is from our academy/training email instead of the manager that sent it. Would this confuse the employee or team member about who sent them an email if the manager does not sign off their name at the end of the message? Or should we/admin set up something in the platform to make this more clear? If yes, what is the recommendation?  

I am trying to create a user account for a manager and would like them to only be able to enroll their team members into certain courses but all courses appear under the options in My Team. I put the account under a different branch but even the courses that are in a category that is not assigned to that branch appears and they can enroll their team member to that course. Then the team member can access it once they are enrolled which previously, they couldn’t see that course because it was not a category for them (their branch).This account would be for our partners (a manager would like to see their team’s progress) but they shouldn’t be able to enroll them in courses that we have for internals/employees, just the courses we provide our partners.

We noticed that once the learner has started the e-learning, the options are Resume where you left off and Start Learning but when we click on either of those, it goes to the same section. Is it supposed to be different and if they are not, can we remove one? 

I notices that the Emoji button is no longer available in the toolbar for course discriptions. Is this just for the moment or a long term thing? We used them quite often!

I just received an notification that Idea DL-I-1325 - Add a setting for hiding all change password related options has changed to SHIPPED.  Has anyone been able to find the switch?  I have looked and so far I have not been able to locate it.We have been struggling with inconsistent results across branches using CSS coding to hide it and are anxious to get this fix implemented.

I have always had a mantra of keep it simple with Rise 360 and you will be successful. But I wanted to check with folks that have worked with their platforms and see if there are best practices for versioning up with it.We are having alot of fun with Rise 360 and we are establishing a course for our new hire managers. I have showed off a few prototypes and people are sold on it.GreatHere is the thought. We have like 5 guides that are going to be rolled out slowly to the organization to make up a managers toolkit. Some of the content in the guides are underway and would add their own major section.Importantly - I am not looking to do major “scoring” changes with the course...as in I am not looking to change the “structure” of how the course will score with question and answers. But more content if we add sections can dramatically disturb the slide count.We will be tacking on new sections to the rise course.Any thoughts from your experiences on how to not have this approach crash and bur

Can any provide assistance with CSS code to remove the “Expiration Date” column from Courses, within Activities? During data migration this field was populated with the end enrollment date in our past LMS. Being a new LMS, users are confused by this column and think the course is expired and needs to be renewed.

I was happy to see some reports added to My Teams. Unfortunately these aren’t super useful for our managers currently and the new tab is causing some confusion. Is there any way to remove this tab from the Dashboard. Someone previously helped me to remove the contextual help pop-ups via CSS and I was wondering if anyone could offer a CSS code for this? Thank you!
