I’m attempting to create a link at the top of the page that will link down the page to a course catalog at the bottom of the page. Instead the link goes back to the homepage. I can’t quite figure out why this is and I can only assume its some kind of code in Docebo that’s causing the issue. Hi all,I was wondering how you collect and share feedback received in course surveys. We would like to setup a system that collects and delivers feedback to instructors automatically, but I have no idea if this is possible. Currently we go to [Course Management] - [Reports] - [Training Material Statistics], export the results of each survey manually, and then send the results to our instructors. It would be great if it was possible to do this automatically once a certain number of responses are received.

Hello everyone, I am organising one of the pages I am working on by using CSS. The problem comes since the footer stands in the middle of the page after doing some changes. It is actually quite weird because it is behind the calendar widget but on top of a catalog widget. I have tried to use the code that you can find below but the footer remains still there:/*Code to put the footer at the bottom of the page*/#doc-page-32 div.doc-layout-common-footer {  position: fixed;  bottom: -500}Has anyone had a similar problem? I want to use the Query Builder API to get to augment what I get from reports. Specifically to add the filter values to a few of the reports I am using. To use Query Builder I need data structures so I can code the SQL to get the data fields I need. To that end, I am looking for documentation on using Query Builder and/or data map for the tables/views that I need to query. 

Hi, I’m wondering if there is a way to create an onboarding dashboard for new managers, but once they complete the initial courses, they are moved to a new dashboard. I want to guide them on what courses need to be done first, but it seems they’re never really sure with all the options!

Is there anyway to make it so the platform will display possibly the course name instead of the URL in the Browser Tab?Here’s an example of what our tabs looks like when you have a Docebo LMS tab open from any perspective (SuperAdmin, Power User, User, External User): I obfuscated details for obvious reasons. Here is the what a tab SHOULD look like imo:The tab has the name of the page you are on. I would expect the platform to do something similar with like Course name. Thoughts, tips or tricks, anyone?

Title says it all. We are setting up webinar courses and the session times do not show up to users until AFTER they have enrolled.This means a lot of traffic to us to answer a question that should be answered in the platform.As a result we cannot go live with webinar series until there is a fix.When accessing the list they see the dates - which is OK ...however when selecting a date **NO date or time info is displayed** Crucially this means that the times don’t show, so people don’t know if they can actually make the session.The space is in the interface, but the data is not being offered to the page (it’s not being delivered as opposed to being hidden).Once **enrolled** the information shows up, but that doesn’t help users select a session they can attend!!This looks like a bug rather than a missing feature - any idea on a fix??

Hi everyone,A few weeks ago, it seems like the last push activated some things on our end and the My Team “view” changed its style over to the newer tiles look.What used to look like this:Now looks like this:This is causing a problem because we have delivered instructions with the older approach and we will need to apply some CSS to remove the Remove from team option with the set of tools.Is there a way to turn it back to the other look????Any help or advice would be appreciated.

The “My courses and learning plans” page in user accounts show both learning plans and individual courses that the user is enrolled in. Some of the individual courses are part of a learning plan and they appear both as an individual course and in the learning plan. Some of our participants in one learning plan have cognitive disabilities that make it confusing for them to see courses in two places. Is it possible to hide courses from the “My courses and learning plan page” if they’re already part of a learning plan? This way, users only see the learning plan and navigate to individual courses from there.

The PU in question has all of the necessary permissions: They also have the relevant branch and course assigned to them. They are an instructor in the session. When trying to enroll users into the course from here it redirects to a 403. Is this a bug? The chat agents have been thoroughly unsuccessful in identifying the issue.

I’m hoping the hivemind can help me out here…We have been having moderate success using Observation Checklists as part of leader onboarding, but I’ve run into a situation that I can’t find a solution to. Our checklist is set up for employee to complete, but then it needs to be approved by their manager. I have a manager who is no longer with the company, thus is inactive in the system. This has left the observation checklist for the employee in limbo as the checklists do not move to their new manager.Any solutions for this?

I need to add verbiage above the username and password to say ‘All Internal Employees, please click the SAML SSO button to login to your training. All external users to Panasonic please enter your username and password. ’… Or something link that.  I can’t find any language or guide to show where to put this to add this type of text. Thanks

Good Monday morning, Hivemind …I have a group that wants to offer training to an external organization “with thousands” of potential users. This tenant in our extended enterprise uses SSO for its learners, and the thought of managing this many users is daunting for them (understandably). They don’t need to track any of the participation or course completion information.I know that I can create a limited number of accounts and provide the username/passwords to the organization. I understand that the course shell shows the “resume” or “start again” buttons, as does the SCORM file. I understand that Docebo doesn’t really have the concept of a “multiple users” account.Does anyone know how to stop SCORM from doing any tracking? I’d love to present the course again and again as if it had never been viewed. Thanks for any ideas …KM

I’m at a new company and migrating their LMS.  Almost all our courses begin as “open a new window” buttons for historical reasons.  There are thousands of these courses.  Can we straight-up not use any of these in the mobile app? They open the popups in the default iPhone browser (chrome in my case), not within the Docebo app (we paid for branded mobile but I assume go.learn is the same code)

Hello!I support a large group of volunteers which has high annual turnover (about half). We consider each year of volunteers as a cohort.  We have a couple of different required courses - one course is required only every 4 years and two courses are required annually for all members. Volunteers who leave do sometimes come back to the organization within the 4 years, so they would not be required to retake the training until they hit that 4 year mark. They would be required to retake the other trainings.When a volunteer leaves the organization, we deactivate their account.My questions:If I unenroll people from any of the courses, is a record of the course completion maintained? If I do not unenroll people from the courses, but just deactivate their accounts, are notifications sent to deactivated users (we have a notification that reminds people to complete these courses - I do not want to send notifications to people no longer associated with us)? We want to get the MS Teams link for an event so we can share it if anything goes wrong. Is this possible?If not, could you create a meeting with Teams in Outlook and pull that link to put it into the event as a "custom tool". The person has been paired on Teams. (Also, if this does work, does the person have to be paired? That would save so much time in trying to get random people paired for one event a year).

Hi there, Docebo noob here - I am tasked with creating Deeplinks for a course that ideally will automatically enroll providers in the course when they click on said deeplink. Right now while I’m trying to test them, I am getting a 404 error.Are there any special enrollment rules I need to add to the course in order for a Deeplink to enroll a learner in the course? Will sending a link to one of our learners automatically enroll them in the course? Is there anything else about Deeplinking I should know or other helpful resources I can reference?Thanks in advance!!Madison

I am looking at the different ways to enroll users in a course and have found subscription codes, enrollment links, and enrollment codes. From what I have leanring about enrollment codes, I don’t see the value of them. If you are using enrollment codes please let me know what value you are getting from them. 

I just had a course suddenly intake over 400 users (all from one branch). I thought this was from me putting it into a learning plan with an enrollment rule associated with it, but no. There is no rule to that LP. Is there a way to find out who enrolled all of those people?

Hi - so I added an HTML Page in a course - but it surprised me and is showing a tags widget.Is there someway to hide this from the learner? Because it really dont mean much to them.can something be done to make the tags go away?

Hi all,A couple of questions about the Central Repository.If I revise a survey in the Central Repository, are the changes automatically reflected to all courses that contain the survey? If the answer to question 1 is no, is there a way to reflect the changes to all courses in one action?

There are courses in our compliance training catalog that are required for certain individuals and optional for others.  However, when I’m reporting completion data, I need to be able to differentiate between those who were assigned the course and those who enrolled on their own.  How can I filter out just the ones that are required to take the training?
