In two short months, Docebo Community will celebrate its one year anniversary To give you some quick highlights, in under a year we’ve had:2325 new members join 4957 total replies 1309 total posts 650 new ideas submitted (since November 2021)Incredible, right!? It’s all thanks to each of you. This community wouldn’t be what it is today without your active participation and engagement. Course Accreditation/Partner Recommendations

As an education provider in the Docebo platform, our organization would like to go through the accreditation process so that we can vet the quality of our learning plans/courses that we provide our clients. Does anyone have recommendations for a provider that they’ve worked with in this space? We are currently looking at IACET.

Filtering something (page, menu, LP, user, group...) is always lost

Dear all,I think the biggest annoying point in Docebo as an admin is to systematically loose your filterI want to change a page, I enter my filter and go to the page. and when I come back on the page list… the filter is lost Same thing on LP, I filter my LP, I add a course and come back… again the filter is lostUsing the previous page/next page from the browser doesn’t help. I’m always using the top ‘breadcrumb” navigation and/or the “< Back”. And I know this is possible in Docebo because using the course management page works perfectly fine : I never loose my filter here, even if I user the < Back or the breadcrumb navigation.Am I missing something?Thank you

Google Slides Marked as Complete Removes Version Control Power

It would be very helpful if there was a feature enhancement that would enable a Google Drive Google Slide to be not marked as complete until the user actually goes through the deck.The reason is, our organization uses google slides for our training materials and rather than running into version control issues and downloading/uploading pdfs every time there is a small content change, that integration would enable us to have all changes immediately reflected in course.The trouble is of course for important topics like confidentiality, having the activity completed message pop up before they have actually read through anything raises risks that force us to use the slide converter option instead. Thanks!

Joke Idea - Stop allowing us to "spam" the ideas bucket for badges / points

Current State: Hey - I dont mind coming in at the end of the week and getting some points to help knock out older friends like @gstager , @lrnlab , @alekwo out of their position in the leaderboard by walking new ideas and voting them up.I am doing this because I literally dont have the stamina for keeping up with them. But someone else is going to figure out my game? And starting knocking me out as well.Future State: remove the points from Ideas. Dont let us “spam” ideas to get our scores nice and high on the leaderboards.

More complete explanation of monthly update

I’d like the monthly update notices to more complete. It seems like there are three items that are emphasized, while many other—some minor—are not mentioned and are left for user discovery. It leaves me feeling unprepared and I’d like to alert my Power Users to these.For example, this month I noticed in the sandbox that the look and feel is changing in course creation, and the way the Ecommerce (under Advanced settings) is also different. The addition of SCORM training materials inside of ILTs is a potential game-changer for me because of how I have had to set up learning plans to attach ILTs to Exams.I’m pleased that the updates contain so many feature enhancements and it would be to Docebo’s benefit as well to announce a complete list to show how many improvements are being made to the platform.

I read through the post below…but did not see this particular thing covered… Anyone know what this little progress bar is tracking?I tried to make some sense of it by looking at various other avatars and comparing activity but could not seem to come up with anything that seemed to satisfy all the data.

Idea to enhance Community

One thing I would like to see is a Single Sign On for Community and University. I like having the quick link at the top of the page to jump into University, but I would like it to recognize me and automatically sign me in without prompting the username/password each time.

Post with actual name vs. username

I connected with some folks at Inspire, and wanted to tag them in a post within the Community, but unless their username was their actual name, I couldn’t connect with them in the Community after fact. Since this is a community for professional users, could posts include actual names vs the person’s user name? I can remember and find a human name easier than an online user name. In my opinion it also makes it easy to connect to a person. @Cindy McElhinney and @Annarose.Peterson are etched in my brain, but other community power users with other names I have to hunt for in another post before engaging with them. Just a thought.

Docebo university - I cannot get any eLearning content going

I cannot move forward with eLearning in docebo university. I use chrome as web browser. I get a blank screen after clicking on start elearning.

Please forgive me if this question has already been answered, but is there an area in the Community where you can view all of the community members? It would be really great to be able to filter members by industry, company, role, etc. for networking and follow requests.

File attachments?

I was trying to offer assistance to a fellow user by sharing a PHP file containing an API call we make to pull learning objects, when I quickly realized we can’t attach files! I shared a download link instead, which should still do the trick - I know there are likely some technical limitations to allowing files to be uploaded, but I could also see this feature coming in handy as the community grows!

"Best Answer" Toggle

I noticed that when I make a post and someone responds there is an option to select the “Best Answer” while I love this feature, I recently clicked it on a post and realized I couldn't take it back! Is there a way to add an “undo” button for this feature?

Favorite Things!

I am creating this thread for the Early Adopters to be able to list out their favorite findings on the site. I know @Adam Ballhaussen is looking for feedback, so here is a place we can write what has been more helpful or appreciated! One of my favorite parts, and a very simple piece of this entire community is the “one-stop-shop” feel! I love being able to find the Events Calendar with the upcoming webinar schedule right next to the digest of conversations that are occurring in the platform!Additionally the Tips/Tricks has already provided me with several new ideas and changes I can implement to my platform!
