I’ve created an ILT with a single session, that contains 4 events. All of the events are on the same day, one after another at different times. On the course enrollment page, the events are listed in the correct order from top to bottom, with the earliest event at the top and the latest event at the bottom. When a user enrolls in the course, they receive a notification email with all 4 events listed, but they are in a seemingly random order. (Course page, correct order): How can I edit the order of the events in the notification email? I am currently using shortcodes in my email, but I don’t see a way of editing this besides manually writing the notification without the use of shortcodes. Any ideas are appreciated!(Notification layout):

Whenever I upload a new version of a SCORM file, the system prompts users to retake the course since it’s treated as a new version. However, this isn’t always necessary—sometimes the update is as minor as replacing a video, and learners don’t need to retake the entire course.Because of this reset, learners who simply want to revisit the course are being forced to start over due to the completion restrictions that prevent skipping sections.Is there a way to allow learners to revisit the course without having to retake it from the beginning?

Hello, Docebo Community! 😊I am inquiring to see if uploaded images in a test can be clickable by the learner in the LMS as part of the test-taking process. For example, to answer a question, they would click on an image with various fields, such as name, address, date of birth, etc., and select the field on the image as their answer to the question.  I would appreciate any responses that would help confirm whether this functionality exists. Thank you,Marla Beaulieu

Is our organization the only one experiencing this issue where assignment training materials are marked as "completed" even though they haven't been passed yet? Or even after an instructor or tutor marks the submission as failed? Why hasn't Docebo prioritized fixing this, instead of focusing so heavily on AI improvements?

We have a particular issue with 1 eLearning course that an external provider has created for us.  It's a simple eLearning course with some videos to watch and some text and graphics on a series of slides. The slides are supposed to complete when the learner scrolls to the bottom of the screen and clicks Next, however when the user gets the the last slide, only the final slide shows as complete.  The course will only show as In Progress in a learner's training record.  The only way round this that I've found is to zoom in and out of each slide - it's like all the content isn't fitting properly onto the screen. This has been tried in Chrome, Edge and Safari browsers on multiple devices, but all with the same outcome. Is there a particular setting in Docebo that would fix this at all?  Or is there something I can suggest to the content creator to amend? Thanks

Hello! I’ve been using Docebo for a while, and a lot of it has been learn-as-I-go. I’m now looking to see if there are ways to level up or approach course building differently — especially for more complex training scenarios.My current build is a 2-day training with different outcomes depending on completion:Day 1: Completion grants continuing education credits. Day 2: Is a separate course, and by completing both days, the learner qualifies for a program certification. Ideally, learners complete both days in order and at the same time, but we may need to support make-up sessions (e.g., someone misses Day 1 and wants to take it later).I’m also struggling a bit with the registration workflow. I know I can ask during registration through Enrollment Additional Fields, but I feel like learners don’t alway

I have videos in Storyline that keep restarting instead of resuming from the saved state. I've set the navigation to "Resume saved state" and tested the course with the player options set to "Prompt to Resume" and "Always resume." Additionally, I've changed the export options to SCORM 2004, both 3rd and 4th Editions. We have too many videos and lack the bandwidth to edit several courses into smaller sections across multiple slides. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Hi Docebo Community!We have a unique use case where we need our client-side power users to be able to enroll their people to a superadmin-moderated ILT session waitlist, while also limiting their ability to actually enroll the users into the session (thus bypassing the moderated waitlist). When we have the “enroll” permission for ILT Sessions turned on, power users can bypass the waitlist and directly “enroll user in a session” from the standard course enrollment pop-out (manage enrollments → enroll users). However, IF they enroll to the course first, then choose to select a session from the ellipsis menu on the user’s enrollment line, there actually is an option to “enroll to waitlist” that doesn’t exist on the standard enrollment pop-out. We really want to avoid telling our power users “don’t do this even though you can”. Ideally, we would love to have some kind of permissions set that allows them to enroll to the moderated session waitlists while blocking the

I need to retrieve courses/content from the marketplace event if we need to pass some sort of parameter like categories/creator/publisher. I do do not need the courses added to our platform. is there an api that can call to the public marketplace? or does anyone know a different way to extract the course information?

We continually have users who move from one branch (a different Business Unit) to another branch.  It is our current process to merge the users account information from the original branch to their new account with the new branch however it has come to our attention that archived enrollments do not merge.  We would like to delete the deactivated account after merging but also can’t lose the archived data which is primarily legal compliance completions.  Does anyone have a best practice they follow for a situation like this?  

Recently I have built a catalog of skill sets and skills, which, I like the way it is organized in the platform. One thing I have recently run into is when applying those skills to each course: While I would prefer to incorporate the entire skill set as a skill instead of the individual skill, that’s not currently an option per course. The workaround is to align each individual skill, which would be fine, but I’m running into the 15 skill max issue. Is anyone else running into this as an issue. For our organization, it would enrich the experience to be able to associate all of the available skills for the course and in many cases, I have a list of 20-40 skills depending on the course. I would love to see an expanded capacity and I’m curious if anyone else would benefit from that as well.

Hi Community members! 👋We’d like to share a feature improvement request related to the waitlist functionality, and we’d love to hear if others have experienced similar challenges or have found workarounds. Context:Currently, students are required to make a payment in order to join a course waitlist. This triggers a payment confirmation email, which can be confusing as it gives the impression that the student is fully enrolled — even though they’re only on the waitlist. Proposed Improvement:We propose removing the mandatory payment requirement for joining a waitlist. Instead, students should be able to add themselves to a waitlist without completing any payment. This issue arises for us specifically when the course has an associated cost. Benefits of This Change:Better visibility into demand for fully booked courses Easier to manage

I have pushed out an Annual Compliance training and have noticed a typo in one of the training materials (a SCORM file). I would like to be able to update the SCORM without resetting progress of those who have already completed the material. What is the best way to do this?  

Hi,So this morning we woke up to all our images not loading - it looks like the servers that stored image uploads on our site have changed.Obviously, this is going to be a huge lift for us to remediate (especially since so many of our courses are built in HTML), and we’ve done so much customization on pages, which have necessitated hard-coding our image sources.We’re talking to our Support Advisor - but I wanted to check in on a couple things with the community:1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*Currently, some of the stakeholders in the organization are interested in a monthly or weekly overview of the total number of (active) users within a specific branch. This could simply be for overview purposes and to follow any progress for the number of users within e.g. a specific country in the organization. Does anyone know if its possible to turn off the enrolment feature? I want to have a series of links to YouTube videos for learners on our platform without adding training material and learners having to enrol. Does anyone know if this is possible or have any suggestions please?

I had a business partner search for a learner using the User Personal Summary option under Reports and was unsuccessful; but when they searched for the same learner using the Users option under the Admin Menu, they were able to locate them. 

As the title says, both admin and learners are unable to download certificates in China, and admin are unable to upload thumbnails when creating courses. The issue started about 2 months ago.Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Docebo support are aware of this but are so far unable to replicate the issue so haven’t found a solution. We’ve tested on different computers, networks and locations, and the issue persists, but it would be helpful to know if this is affecting other customers. Thanks!
