i’m trying to report on the total number of views for the assets of a given channel. , and I see conflicting numbers based on the different ways to view this information. Channel SummaryWhen I pull the Channel Summary, it would appear that there has been a total of 677 views for the assets in this channel. Assets - Statistics & View Count on Channel When I create a custom Assets - Statistics Report for this specific channel, or just tally the number of views on the user facing channel, we only count a total of 458 views. What is the difference between the two totals? Is it because the asset view doesn’t include views of the ILT/

Hi all,We’ve noticed that when we edit a user, say for any reason from something as simple as a typo in their name or if they transferred to another location, that it for lack of a better phrase “re-enrolls” them into courses in which they were already enrolled and thus impacts accurate reporting. For our use, 99/100 times we do not want a change we make to a user’s profile to impact their enrollments but it does. Is there a way around this? Or is there something we need to change to ensure this doesn’t happen?

Hello, there! I am looking into creating a group that anyone who has NOT started a course or is listed as IN PROGRESS will be a part of. The intention is that once they complete the course they will be removed from this group, but not unenrolled from the course itself.I've located this document for help on the help webpage:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020084100-Managing-GroupsHowever, all it states is that you can have enrollment based off of enrollment status. Experts, could you help determine the best way to implement this requirement?I want to to list a few courses as featured courses on the platform based on quality of the material and what we determine as the most important. The trick is that these courses are not accessible to all.So essentially, my plan is use catalogs to determine visibility of courses to each user depending on products that they own. From those courses, a few will be selected as Featured Courses. I’d like to display these Featured Courses on the home page. Each user must see only a subset of these courses, depending on which they have visibility to based on other catalogs.Basic question if I show a Catalog on a page, whether the visibility of courses can be based on another Catalog that is not on that page.Am I thinking about this correctly? Any ideas to help me accomplish what I am trying to do?    

Can anyone how do I create sub catalogs under one of the main Catalogs?For eg. like the one on the left has sub catalogs mentioned I need to add to the Laboratory Water Catalog similarly- 

I was reading THIS KB article and in the section with heading: Assigning Courses to your Learning PlanIt talks about adding courses to the learning plan, and that when the user enrolls in the learning plan, they are automatically enrolled in the courses within the plan…  Question: I don’t want the courses within the learning plan to appear in a search.. Do the courses have to be in a course catalog visible to the same users that the LP is visible to? - I think it would be awesome to have courses created, but not in any course catalog (not searchable) and only in the LP… is that possible?!? Right now, when I create a learning plan, and check the ‘show in course catalogs’ it seems to be visible to ALL power users in the platform, even though it isn’t in a catalog

Greetings, I am investigating video tools that allows Docebo users to engage with videos. Specifically, I would like to display a Q&A chat area with the video that allows viewers to submit questions about the video.A perfect example of this is Knowmia by Techsmith. In the screenshot below you can see the ‘Conversation’ panel on the right. When a viewer enters a question, it is timestamped to the exact point they are at in the video. A second example is Mindstamp. Although it has very impressive video engagement features, the Q&A capability is not as good as Knowmia.Ideally I would like to use a Docebo

I have users who are bypassing paying for a learning plan because the courses are visible under the course management tab. How do I prevent this from happening?

We are using the built-in survey feature within Docebo to collect user feedback on the module that they just completed.  We are storing the survey in the Central Repository and linking it to all courses (because the questions are identical).  My questions is about collecting all of the results from this one survey.  How can it be done?  Right now, it looks like I would need to go into each course, go to Reports tab, open the learning element to view the survey results.  Is there anyway all results from all courses can be pulled at the same time?Thanks in advance!

We have an enrollment notification set up as follows:Event - User waiting to be approved to an ILT sessionScheduled - At the time of the eventFilter - All branches and groupsRoles - SuperadminAssociated Courses - ‘All Courses’ This Notification is not being sent for all courses. If anyone is using the ‘All Courses’ for Associated Courses, please let me know if you have encounter this issue and/or idea on how to resolve.  We have a ticket open, but Support is not able to resolve.  Any ideas are appreciated.

Hi!I am unable finding a webinar setup that meets our needs. We host company wide webinars mostly via Teams (sometimes Zoom). Our leadership would like this to be scheduled via our LMS so we can track attendance.I set up 1 webinar event and 1 session, but when the users join the webinar it does not automatically enroll them in the session. Additionally, if someone adds the team meeting to their calendar, once it starts they can join from the Teams pop up, rather than via the LMS, and it is not enrolling them in the session that way.Can anyone share advice or best practices on streamlining this process so further administration isn’t required to enroll the attendees into sessions? Thanks!

Upon clicking the “Browse all catalogs” option , the link is redirecting to the production environment Catalogs option as shown in the second image below- Production server-How can I keep the link within the sandbox environment catalog to itself and not redirect to the production page?

Is there a way to create only numeric field in the user registration page?

I have a few new users who previously completed some of the required courses on another platform. 4 users and 9 coursesThe completions by users vary, not all users have completed the same courses. Not sure if it a big enough job for an API upload but the manual process is tedious as I first have to enroll them then give credit by course.Is there a way to do this starting with the user management?I don’t see one but I’m hopeful. I have wanted to do this before too. I can see a user’s profile and the courses they have in the various status, but to change the status I have to navigate to each course. This means I have to get the list, go to course management, then back to user management to verify. 

Putting this out here to try to troubleshoot several issues we have had this past few days with our Teams/Zoom Integrations! Earlier this week our Teams integration (which has worked wonderfully for us the past two months) decided to quite working. Our Token is missing, we have tried to reconnect and Docebo Chat wasn’t able to fix either. I now have a ticket open but no resolution.  This has caused over 60 employees to have reschedule training sessions. To get by we had switched to our Zoom integration (when we could due to overlap), this worked for a few days. BUT, now all of a sudden today, Zoom is giving us trouble! We have our Zoom account set to automatically include the passcodes into the weblinks to ensure staff have to do as little as possible to get into our sessions. However, starting this morning, it’s not passing through our passcodes. Even when we manually give the passcode form the event to the staff member it won’t work! So now we have a bunch of session

Is there a way to get a notification when a comment is posted on an asset?  I’d like for the experts on that channel to know when a comment is posted.  I think this is doable when they Ask the Expert, but if they choose to post as a Comment, I don’t think we can.  Is that correct?I’m asking specifically about comments added from these options on an asset:   

Hello! When our instructors go to click on the class they are instructing, it’s defaulting to the very first session they ever instructed in Docebo vs the current one.  Is there a way to make it default to the current or next session vs an old one? 

We have a large number of external courses where a certificate is issued by the training provider. We can upload these certificates using ‘external activities’. However we are being told and I cannot find anything that tells me different that we are not able to link these external activities to the courses we initially enrolled the users onto. We can maybe live with this but our biggest problem which I hoping someone has a suggestion for is that we can complete the course without uploading the external certificate. What we would like is for the course to remain open and user not to be able to complete until the certificate has been uploaded. These courses are compliant and saying a user has complete without the certification is a massive risk for us. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi I’m doing a notification for a workshop, I was wondering if anyone had found any way to remove some of the information showing when using the [session_dates] shortcode. Or found a way to style it. Currently the two sessions are really close together and I don’t need to see that it’s a video conference. I like that it has the ‘your time’ feature as this will be sent out to people in at least three time zones so doing a notification for each will be a bit of a pain.
