We are doing some research into authoring tools and I’m leaning toward Articulate 360. We’re also looking at UDUTU. Any other suggestions?Does anyone know what authoring tool was used for Docebo University? I really love the layout, flow, and user-friendliness of how it’s laid out.THANKS!

I know I can show up to 9 fields and reorder the fields in the course management function but are you able to resize the field itself.  I am currently wanting to see my complete course code but it is cutoff and I can not seem to resize the field.  While other other fields take up more area than needed.

I read through the post below…but did not see this particular thing covered… Anyone know what this little progress bar is tracking?I tried to make some sense of it by looking at various other avatars and comparing activity but could not seem to come up with anything that seemed to satisfy all the data.

Has anyone else run into issues when using Channels and the “New Invitations and Subscriptions” Widget? We recently ramped up our usage, only to quickly find out our notifications were not sending all the time and the new items were not consistently displaying in the “New Invitations and Subscriptions” widget as we wanted.  It has taken me weeks to figure out the issues, but I think I have finally wrapped my head around what is happening.There are two ways to invite/share an asset with someone, both have different results:This process ends with no notification sending but the employee being enrolled to view the asset.  Click the Gear Icon Channels Select a Channel, click Content, select an asset to assign or go right to Assets Tab, then select an asset to assign Click Shared with Share, add individual or group, click share Name will be added to the “Shared with” list, but no notification will send. The other way to share/invite. We would like to send a notification to remind new users to complete an onboarding course that they have been enrolled in, but have yet to complete. To create the group I was going to create an automatic group based on their enrollment status in the specific course, to meet ANY of the criteria for that specific course (so we can target the notification email):Enrollment Status - Not Started Enrollment Status - In progressThen, send a notification to this group (which should update automatically) 14 days after they are automatically enrolled in the course and again at 30 days after they are enrolled if it’s still not completed.**Enrollment rule already set up. Here’s the multi-part question:  Is there an easier way to do this than setting up two separate notifications? I’ve received an inquiry from our human resources department about them potentially using our Docebo platform to deliver and administer their internal staff training. However, I’m not keen on adding all their content to our platform and giving them administration rights. In this case, is it possible to have two separate platforms? I believe Docebo supports multiple domains, but does anybody know if this feature is included as standard in the Enterprise plan?

With the new feature to be able to add the option of showing courses and learning plans that are not enrolled by the user, in a channel I am not able to view the Channel option in the Advanced Settings.  The response from the help desk is it must be CSS.   I am not all that familiar with CSS but wondered if someone could help me find the actual CSS code to try and get this to show for me to turn it on. I can see it in the sandbox and the settings for CSS are the same there as in the production but for some reason I am not see it in production.

We’re creating some internal compliance training and want to do it in the following way:First, everyone will take a quiz. If you pass, you’re done. If you fail, you have to review all the learning material, and then retake the test. Has anyone done this? Or have ideas as to how to do this?Thanks!

We have only recently started to use leaderboards in the Gamification module. For the privacy reasons, we had to enable anonymity, so names of users won’t get exposed to other users (we’re serving external users). That’s working great.However, now, even as a superadmin, I cannot see who is at the top of the leaderboard.We’d like to recognize our top users with some swag or other benefits, however, since our leaderboards are anonymized, we can’t really know who they are.I already added an enhancement request on the Ideas portal (LMS-I-5125), but I wonder if maybe someone has a working solution to this problem (other, than disabling anonymity for a minute, getting the list, and re-enabling it)?Thanks. 

My apologies if this has been asked already - I didn’t notice a thread for it - or maybe I didn’t use the right search terms.Anyway… We would like to have courses for sale to external customers that need to be free for employees.How are you all handling this?I was thinking there should be a way to set different prices for different groups and perhaps I simply overlooked a checkbox right in front of me.Are you giving coupons to them for full discount? Creating duplicates of the course with different prices and making them visible to different groups? Enrollment links?

 I'm wondering what's the idea behind not having gif on the platform. Is there a security problem? 

I currently have a webhook that fires every time a learner completes a course. I want to be able to retrieve the scores for scorable learning objects (LO’s) whenever a course is completed.  In the API browser, if you navigate to Learn (drop down) and then Tests, you'll see there's one option called "Get completed or not completed "test" Learning Objects" where you can put in a course and/or user and other optional parameters, but this returns nothing for me.Does this endpoint work for anyone for retrieving test scores? Is there a different API endpoint that will give me what I’m looking for?Docebo advertises that you can do anything through the API that you can do through the UI, but I’m stumped on how to get this to work.

Hello,Is it possible to remove this message that appears at the top of ILTs?  We only have one event scheduled for each ILT so this message is not necessary.  I am aware that I can change the phrasing in the Localization Tool but I would like to remove the notification completely. As always any advice or tips are appreciated!

Hi all,Random question and not sure exactly how to word it, BUT…I remember attending a Docebo webinar last year and they demonstrated the use of what I would call flip card  widgets (you hovered over an image and it flipped over).  I think it was something to do with airlines.They sent out the HTML/CSS code, but I cannot find it anywhere.Does anyone else know what I am talking about?  If so, do you have that email/code?Thanks :)

If you update a lot of courses back to back from the course manager, the catalogs page begins to update with details from other courses that you aren’t looking at. So you update course A, then go to course B. When you enter in the catalogs you want. It shows the details from course A, inside of course B. Even to the extent that if you delete a catalog from course B. It will actually delete the catalog from course A. I was able to identify this pretty quickly, but I can see this causing a lot of problems for some users. Is this a known issue? If not can we get it added to a fix list? Running Updated Chrome, and windows.

I want to make sure that I am following something before I trigger a bunch of course equivalents.Lets say I have 2 courses. Both Course A and B have the same training material (not a copy).If a person completes the training material in A - are they already done with training material in B?Another way of saying the same thing….If meeting the completion criteria of a training material drives the completion of Course A, will a person being done with training material in Course A mark that training material in B as completed and ergo mark B as completed as well?

How do we indicate that there is a fee associated with the ILT for some users when billing is handled outside of the platform? For the most part, our internal employees are aware that they can join virtual ILTs for free but we want paying users to know that when they get to the ILT part of their learning plan and they try to enroll in a session, there will likely be a fee associated with the session. It would be tacky to put “FEE MAY APPLY” in the course name but if we put it in the course description, the user probably won’t even see that when they are requesting enrollment into a session. Here’s background for more clarity….we have virtual ILTs that serve three target audiences: Internal employees (who do not pay to join a virtual ILT session) Customers (who must pay to join a virtual ILT session) Partners (some pay and some don’t due to contractual arrangements)Historically, ILTs were managed entirely outside of docebo. Total noob question here, and I can’t find documentation anywhere that defines it. What is the different between having a Learning Plan status of enrolled vs. subscribed? 

I want to create a power User that will be responsible for all User creation and assignment in their branch. Is it possible to set the new user created to need to be approved by me before that user can access/do anything on the system?And then set a notification to tell me that they are there awaiting approval?

Does anyone know if there is a way to Edit a Screencast/video created via the Video Recorder in Docebo, once it has been published to a course or the Central Repository? I see that the settings can be edited or subtitles can be added once the video is recorded, but I do not see anywhere that the published video can be revised or the MP4 file can be exported.Any help would be appreciated!

I know that ILT sessions can be imported but surprised I’m not seeing anywhere to import elearning courses? Use Case:I have approximately 60 session recordings (from a customer conference) that I need to publish to our LMS as courses. We prefer to wrap each in a course to get better reporting (i.e., who, when, status vs simply # of clicks that Coach and Share channel asset reporting provides). I have a csv file containing each ‘course’ name and description, and an mp4 file for each. I know this can be done via API but was wondering if there is a simple csv import for creating the course shells I could use?

We’re trying to release our first custom page associated with a Performance Program that we’ve released company-wide. I’ve added the page to the 4 menus that have been customized for employees in different areas of the company. It seems to be working for 3 of the menus, but on the 4th - which goes to MOST of our employees, we’re experiencing the following:User clicks a direct link (we plan to use this in an email) User is logged in via SSO and the custom page shows briefly, and then bounces to a 403 error User clicks their home page link in the breadcrumb trail, and the custom page displays This is associated with a breadcrumb trail that now lists the home page twice (My Learning Home > My Learning Home) - it’s not supposed to, so this is odd, and the custom page has taken on the title and subtitle of the home page. Lots of external articles and videos that the AI is pulling is not useful to us.   Instead of looking everyday to find and manually add the ones we don’t want is there a list I can find or add to so I can have greater control over the content it is showing the users.
