OK - I seem to be missing something. I have entered some custom CSS under the Branding, Look, and Feel area in both the 7.0 and the 6.9 areas.If I use an HTML Widget for a custom page - the custom CSS works fine.However, if I try to use the same custom CSS to style something in an HTML Page as training material for a course - it is ignored.I have also tried doing some style tags but those get stripped out.I seem to remember a place where I could put some CSS for courses but I cannot seem to find it again.It appears I can do some things by placing some styles inline like such but I’d rather access something pre-defined.<p style="color: #ff0000;">Red</p>Is there a way to style course HTML pages with custom CSS?

So, I have the LinkedIn Learning catalog, and it allows people to curate their own content, which drops it in the CLOR.I would like to have it categorized. The trouble is, I can’t tell which courses aren’t in a category.Any ideas how to manage this?

Is it possible to add a field to the users’ pages that show which branch they area  member of?  

Hi all! I’m super new and trying to help a user create a course. It’s set up as an E-Learning course, but it’ll have both synchronous and asynchronous instructions. We can add the Web Conferences widget, but there’s no green + sign and we cannot add the Zoom links. Any hints? Thanks in advance!

Hi all,We’ve encountered our first case where we need to merge users and I was wondering if anyone has any advice about the best practice for doing this. We need to merge the user because their company name and email address have changed. The Merge User function in Docebo makes it pretty easy to merge the source user into the destination user, but having done this, the source user remains. In this case, is it best practice to delete or retain the source user?Thanks,Daniel

It seems that Subscribed is still being used under My Activities → Courses, however, when looking at Enrollments tab under a Course, Subscribed is now “Enrolled.” Can anyone else confirm? If it’s going to be changed, can it be changed platform wide so that some modules aren't still using Subscribed? 

I was wondering if anyone has CSS to remove the Virtual Coach button, so it can stay on, but not available to the users. We’ve been told that it needs to be on to learn. I noticed the beta quiz questions and started going through them and the sentence structures were not good and the questions were confusing. I love the concept, but it will be confusing to the users, especially new hires. But, we still want the Virtual Coach bot to learn. Thanks for your help!Michelle

I am noticing that a PowerUser profile that was able to do something before (view user certificates) was not doing it currently.So I went into the system and turned off and on the only custom permission related to the activity for the PowerUser profile. And voila! It started working for that user.The question of the day. Is this normal with change / deployments??? Or it could it have been an order of operations thing? Potentially...but I dont think so…. 

As an Admin: After I set up a session and an event, I am asked to put a link of my webinar. However, I cannot select Ms Teams. So, I select Custom Tool and put my Ms Team link there.  As enrolled user: Is there any way to see the Ms Team link after his enrollment?  

We only have external users who are the primary end users.   We use eLearning course type to advertise courses and screen the audience to see how many people are interested and then if the count is high enough to develop the course.    Then we use ILT course type to create the actual LIVE course.    The problem is we do have eLearning courses that use the same course type eLearning.   This creates a data governance=reporting problem.   Because if we need to audit or know how many true eLearning modules we have the list includes the “advertisement courses”.  Does anyone use the platform similarly and have any suggestions on organization or is there an idea out there I can upvote to promote the addition of another course type from the list that we could use for this instance?  

Hi everyone,I’m really keen to understand if the “Global Search” tool in Docebo Learn searches through SCORM modules? I have some strange results coming back that I believe may be coming from within a SCORM module and possibly the code used to help with automating text to voice which is material kept in the SCORM package.The results are not good as it includes phrases used to help the text to speech work more effectively with essentially bad English to help pronouncing some words, but as a search result it looks very bad.Does the Global Search search through the contents within a SCORM package?https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020127199-Using-the-Platform-s-Global-SearchMany thanks for your help folks.JK

Hi,We are looking for some good ideas about how to make sure we can maintain and organise language versions of content in the repo. We currently have 3 languages but that will increase. This creates the need to find all different language versions of the same training material based on codes. We have not really found a neat way of doing that since those codes would then be user-facing as well. Do anyone have a good suggestion on how to achieve this.   Internally we are using codes in our online production tool, ideally it would be best to be able to use the same codes in Docebo. We have tried using just tags, but they are not searchable in the repository.

Hi all - I’m trying to configure groups for automatic population. Our users are synced over from Salesforce and we plan to use the “Manager” field from “User Additional Fields” to populate the groups. However, we have found that when a user leaves the company, their Salesforce profile is just deactivated and their data still remains. This is fine for historical purposes, however it doesn’t make it easy to navigate through a list of users who may no longer be on your team because they are no longer with the company.The Ask: Is there a filter I am overlooking that can utilize the “Status” column for a user? If they are “expired” in Docebo’s terms, I want them removed from the group, or to no longer be a part of the group. Looking forward to what others have done to try to autopopulate groups with ONLY active users. So, the KB article on creating tests says that I can use comments for this “...and use the Comments text box to provide feedback for each answer or question. “ See how it says “OR question”?However…..the comment is associated with the answer.  Where’s the part where I can put in a comment for the question? Or do I have to put the same comment in for every answer?

Can I hide learning plan/course access from certain audiences while still leveraging a singular cataloguntil I grant access?

I saw an earlier post about setting the display mode on the catalogs widget to calendar view in order to create a calendar with all possible courses built into it. Could someone please give me a more detailed explanation on how to get to this editing menu for the widget?I keep coming back to the Manage Pages section but am only able to edit the title and description of pages. Thanks in advance!

When I upload a CSV of new users only a few are being created.  Any ideas?  All have the same fields filled in.  

Hello, I am hoping someone has done this before - it seems like a common thing. I want to get an event calendar on one of our pages to show the users events they have not registered for. The only calendar widget is the My Calendar which shows courses someone is registered for - am I missing something or can this be repurposed for a general calendar? Maybe a custom HTML widget is the way to go instead but I can’t find anything in the Docebo docs for this Thanks

I am trying to determine a good starting point for image height for widgets on pages. The documentation only talks about with.Images are displayed in order to fit the available width. Since the original image ratio is preserved, the widget height will be resized accordingly. Make sure the image width is not smaller than the widget width, or it will be scaled up and might look blurry. Widget widths are  444px for 1/3 row widget, 680px 1/2 row widgets, 917px for 2/3 row widgets and 1390px for full row.I am not a graphics artist and I need to ask for approved images from Marketing, who is asking me for the aspect ratio (height x width). I will be using a combination of 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, and full rows. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi!Looking for some best practices.. We currently assign onboarding for new employees via a enrollment rule associated with an onboarding learning plan and a group. We do not require employees who have been re hired within 6 months to re-complete onboarding. I tried to narrow this down in the group eligibility but I can only add a condition in a group that would add them to the group if they are enrolled in a course, rather than making sure they are not added to the group if they’re already enrolled in the course.Has anyone else come across this scenario and have helpful tips? Thank you!

I’ve got one page that has a lot of catalogs that all fall under the umbrella of HR & Wellness.I want to put a quick navigation menu at the top of the page so people can quickly jump to the catalog they want.I found the CSS IDs of each of the widgets, and created an HTML widget with links that points to them. e.g. if the widget is doc-widget-341, I make a <a> tag that goes to “#doc-widget-341”.However, the page reloads with every clicked link.
