This may not be an actual Docebo question, maybe it is a new feature request, but here goes.Our home page is broken into 3 columns.  The first we use for widgets that announce new courses, tips/tricks, links to articles, etc.  The second is My Courses & Learning Plans (sorted to ensure Learning Plans are listed at the top in a specific order using codes); and the third is their available catalogs (which spotlight courses based on branches).The question/request I have deals with the widgets in the first column.  A widget that recommends a new course is easy, I can link to the course registration.Is there a way to link directly to a resource in the Central Repository such as a job aid (file), video or HTML page?I know how to create Deep Links for launching a resource in Go.Learn.  That is GREAT if they are in Go.Learn.  But how can I do this for in the web based platform?BTW, here is the article for Deep Links for Go.Learn: Deep Linking for the Go.Learn App – Docebo Help & Suppor

I need help or suggestions on a problem we are encountering:Here is a little background - All of our courses (both e-learning and VILT) require payment.  We do allow our clients to purchase subscription licenses so that users can enroll into e-learning courses for free.  But all of our VILT courses require payment no matter what.  Also, each of our client groups have a power user that has certain permissions to help manage their own users. We normally allow our power users to enroll their users who have subscription licenses into e-learning courses, which is fine, since they have purchased the course through the subscription.  Since the ILTs require payment, only end users should be able to enroll into them after they complete the purchase process. We want power users to still be able to see the courses, so that they can pull reports on those courses if they need to.Today we noticed that one of our power users was able to enroll people into an ILT course that requires payment, but the

Hi! We are are preparing to go live with our LMS soon. Does anyone have a core list of notifications they set up for e-learnings or ILT’s? I am thinking through which to set up but want to keep the same structure for all courses. Thanks!

I’ve recently set up our first Channel for one of our Business Practice Areas.  The thought is to compile recorded sessions into buckets based on topics.  There are 7 different topics under which the recordings will be house.  I created 7 playlists and put on average 3 recordings into each bucket.  The problem is that you see the tile for the first offering but I can’t view the content for the rest of it.  As an Admin, I can see what is there but a user cannot.  How do you view the playlists as a user?  Am I missing something super basic?  Thanks, All!

I am trying to find a way to show the times the sessions are offered for the courses in the catalog so it’s easier for the users to see when the sessions are offered. I can not figure how to do this easily. Meaning, how can learners look at the catalog and see what courses/sessions are offered on particular days? 

Wondering if anyone in the community can tell me how to change the “Answer Now” in the Q&A feed widget to “Reply Now”. I tried changing all the Answer Now in the localization tool and none of them seemed connected to this particular location. Does it need to be done through CSS? If so, could someone help with the code? Thanks! 

I know there is an idea already that says its unlikely to implement. Just curious as to why it is unlikely to maybe figure something out?

Our onboarding program for our professionals has several phases:Complete Learning Plan A Ride along with Mentor 2 weeks Complete Learning Plan B (enroll 2 weeks after completing Learning Plan A) 60 days after completing Learning Plan A they need to be enrolled in Learning Plan CI keep telling myself there has got to be an easier way to automate this, but I’m stuck.I can assign them to a group based on completion of a learning plan.BUT to use the date they completed the learning plan I have to EXPORT a report out of Docebo, in order to Import it into a Custom User Field. (Seriously I have to take it OUT of the system in order to put it back IN the same system?)Then the group condition is based on a set date and I have to change that date EVERYDAY manually.Couldn’t there be a condition for X days After Date? I think I can set up 2 certifications based on Learning Plan A, one that expires after 14 days and one that expires after 60.  But I don’t see how to create an auto-enroll or group b

Has anyone integrated and/or come up with a way to tie in rewards to Bonusly?

Is there a limit on how many courses can be attached to a learning plan? In this scenario we have 38 courses. After having a user take and complete the learning plan. I noticed the scores on 6 courses did not post on Custom>user:courses report. The other courses show completions. However when looking in the Course>Reports under that username it shows 100% percent completion on all the courses in the learning plan. Why would several course quiz’s not post and other do post?Thank you so much for your time!

Hi,I’m trying to view and see what powerusers see and it’s not working out.I created a poweruser profile to edit courses. I created a poweruser user and assigned poweruser user to the poweruser profile that edits courses. I assigned 10 branches. I logged in as the power user but how do I edit courses? I select the gear icon and just “Background” jobs show. How do you access courses to edit while in poweruser mode

We migrated to Docebo from our previous LMS about a year ago and are now working on a rollout plan for Coach and Share. Since our previous content creation was purely course driven, I am struggling to determine when to use assets for pre-existing resources vs a course. Is there a comparison chart between the twoor some best practices of how you utilize both types of content? 

We all know migrating solutions can be a heavy lift for administrators, but there’s also a lot to think about in terms of helping your learners to transition and adopt the new system! Was curious to hear some best practices on migration, less focused on the technical aspect and more focused on the change management aspect for learners. Here’s a few specific points I’d love to gather thoughts on; What to do before learners come into the new system / How to prepare for learners to come into the new system? Ways to communicate to learners about the new system? (Especially for a customer audience)  How to gauge how learners are acclimating to the new environment? Thank you all!

I’ve been down this road before but never while the Community has been active, so looking for creative suggestions for an issue we run into when an employee needs to redo training. We have a Learning Plan for some IRA content our staff are required to complete prior to an ILT session.  The plan includes 5 eLearning sessions.  The case we have now is that an employee completed all the eLearning sessions and went through the ILT training. However, they aren’t retaining the information and need to be put back through it. The staff will be required to redo all eLearning/LP prior to getting reenrolled into the ILT Session.Without deleting the tracking of the original completions, how do you all handle this situation. I know I can create a new Learning Plan, but the courses are still the same so it will recognize their completion.  Which means I will have to create new eLearning Courses, rename/restructure just to allow the system to track, is there an easier way? 

We want to add a weekly enablement session to Docebo so managers can track who attends these sessions. Is it possible to set up a single event within a session to be recurring?  We are integrated with Zoom, and I know that I can edit the Zoom meeting to be recurring; however, I don’t think that Docebo would respect that.  In this case, would we have to create individual events for each week? Thank you.

Hi everyone,I need some insight and clarification on Tests and the Question Bank.Background info: I have 30+ ILT courses. All courses have some sort of test. The test questions all get saved in the Question Bank. I’ve instructed my team that if they need to change the questions on their tests, they should unlink the one from their test, add a new one, make sure it is categorized correctly, and push it to the question bank.The reasoning logic behind un-linking a question and leaving it in the Question Bank was because I thought that it would retain the answers from previously answered tests. This would basically give us an archive of our previous tests and learner’s test records. (rephrase; I thought the version of the test the learner took would record to their training record to refer back to how they performed on the test)Example: We have a class on “how to process a loan”. After our inspectors complete their Initial Certification Learning Plan we will be assessing them in a VR environment on their inspection process and accuracy.  This VR assessment will identify where they may need remediation.  If we assign them a specific remediation course that uses the same material that was in the Learning Plan (from the Central Repository), it will be marked already complete.  The only way I know to avoid this is to upload a second copy of the material designated for remediation.  But now I have REDUNDANT material which could lead to outdated material.How do you keep track of redundant material to ensure that if a change is made to the training it gets updated in ALL locations?Is there a trick that I am missing?To avoid the redundancy, I could use the same resource, but add a SURVEY to the remediation course.  Surveys can be tracked LOCAL.  But the training resource will still show as “complete” in the course, only the survey would need to be completed.Does anyone

In our courses we want to include links to .pdf files for downloading; however, we are concerned about users sharing the files once they are downloaded.  Does anyone have a solution for tracking/securing files after they are downloaded from Docebo?We are aware of the slide converter option; however, these documents will be used for open book exams, so they have to be available for printing.Currently, we are adding a copyright watermark, and potentially adding a bates number, but any other suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you.

Has anyone managed to create a countdown page without the use of Javascript?

Hello all, unsure if anyone at all tried this, but what were are try to do is to display specific page from Workday to an iframe widget in our Docebo instance. Normally using the iframe widget works but this particular page just won’t load. We’ve already tried enabling iframe support within Workday - still nothing. It’s as if it’s stuck on a loop and just gives up after a while (see below)  Does anyone else encounter a similar issue? Thanks in advance!Keith

In the latest monthly release notes it says“HEADS UP! Course enrollment button visibility update for Power UsersFor those using the Power Users app, please note that starting on August 19, 2021, in order for Power Users to be able to see the Enrollment button for courses,  the profile they are assigned must have both Enrollment and View permissions enabled for courses.”Does anyone know which permissions need to change?  I’ve looked and the options there are not the same as the text above!

Hi All, I am wondering how do you utilise Docebo for an on-boarding/induction training. I want to make a part of the on-boarding training digital and create some e-learning course but also want to mix it with ITLs.  Generally the idea is to assign to each new employee a set of courses which that person has to go through: a couple of eLearning courses and ILTs sessions, in the specific order (so prerequisites will have to be set). I am wondering if there is any way to an ITL sessions once and just use them each time when the on-boarding training will have to be run? So I don’t have to waste time to create the same ITL each time? Do you have any experience with it? if so how did you handle it?

We utilize a public catalog. The public catalog has an easy language toggle at the top for users to quickly switch from English to Spanish.Is there a way to have this toggle inside the platform? If so, I must have turned it off at some point and now I can’t figure out how to turn it back on. I know users can change this within their profile but I wanted this option as well if it is available.Thank you!
