I am excited about the ability to great a group based on email domain “@company.com”. What has me concerned is there is a message that ALL conditions must be met in a group. My question: Can I create a group where multiple email domains are accepted? Use case:We have a program for Technology Partners. The partner company has to get approved to participate in the program. Once approved any employee from the company can take the restricted training. My plan is to create a group of approved email domains. Then give the group access to the restricted content. My plan is to update the group criteria each time a new partner is approved. 

When we open a ticket with Docebo, sometimes our issues need to be reviewed by a Senior Resource.  This is great except, once it is in the hands of a Senior Resource, there is no visibility to what is actually happening on our tickets.  We don’t know if there are tasks associated with the ticket, or if anyone has been actively working on our issues.So the customer who opened the ticket has to bug the support person who picked up the ticket for updates.  The support person then has to reach out to who ever else, wait for a response, then when they have time, respond back to the customer.  This is time consuming and can allow for mistakes when relaying information.It would be nice to be able to review if there is any activity, for example tasks, notes or if other departments have to assist. This way we are not having to constantly request updates from the support staff that has picked up our tickets.  .  

Is there a way to set it so the course button in enrollment notification will open the course in the same window rather than a new internet tab every time?

What is everyone doing for instructors that need to evaluate test questions?I am struggling with how to best present to the instructor that they have a test waiting to be evaluated, and then how to get to the thing to grade it.Currently in the course management-->reports-->training material approach. The status shows as in progress, not submitted, so the instructor doesn’t know what is pending evaluation.

We’ll be posting soon for a new LMS Analyst. It was challenging to find strong candidates when we first created this position. I’m hoping this group will have ideas on where to find great candidates--places to post, etc. Any suggestions are welcomed! We don’t have the job description yet but I can ost here when we do. I am trying to create a POC for Docebo Flow, and I am running into some issues. I am following the tutorials and have done the following:Created the app launcher Injected the app launcher into a web page. I am seeing a javascript typeerror about the DFlow.Kernel not a function when I run my application. Am I supposed to put elements in my webpage to display the button? I’m not sure what I am missing 

We have been migrating webinar courses to the ILT course type sandbox and it takes anywhere between 5 -90 seconds per course, but on average about 20 seconds. I am wondering if we can expect the same time per course in Production or if it goes faster?

HI, Can anyone advise how best to capture direct  course links?  if you are enrolled on a course yourself, or you grab a url from the course managment area the links break for users. if i want a direct link to a course, where is the best place to get it from? cheers,

I noticed that the previous admin did on our system not using a consistent course code structure. When I pointed it out, I was tasked with coming up with a standard and bringing the existing courses into compliance with the new standard.Before I go changing things in the production system, I would like to know if there are any down stream impact to making these changes? Reporting, access, transcripts, etc.? Any cautionary tales here?  

Hi all! We are beginning our build out and within our brand we tend to use a lot of gradient colors. Do you know if we can change the header bar from a solid color to a gradient with CSS? I have been trying to figure this out and I keep coming up with a dead end.Thanks! 

I have searched this, but I cannot find an answer. I have an automatically generated group. We had a user leave the company. Now I want to delete him from the group he was in. I can switch him to Manual, but there is no way that I see where I can delete him? There are other groups I need to clean up, but again, l cant find a way to delete the user from the group. What am I missing?

I’m an incoming super admin for our medium-sized organization’s newish Docebo project. I missed several months of the initial planning and project and I’m working hard to catch up :)  It’s a mountain of information and decisions and possibilities, but my question for Superadmins (or anyone) out there is how do you keep track of all the parts, pieces, procedures, practices and things? I need to get and stay organized, but I wanted to get your ideas. Do you use Excel, back of an envelope, Monday.com or other method of documenting and organizing all the things that make up your Docebo universe? Many thanks in advance!EM

Hi I’ve been adding some text to one of our ‘Course additional fields’. For some reason it won’t save my text over 34 word/276 characters. I can’t find anywhere on the knowledge base that says there is a character restriction and until the latest update I’ve been able to save much longer text to the additional field. Has anyone else tried this? Is it just me having this problem? Have I accidentally found a bug again or is this in the design on purpose for some reason?

Hi all,We have been looking for a solution to what may be a niche problem. Currently, our branches are structured by Customer. We also have an Additional Field for each user, detailing what their “Functional Area” is - ie Finance, Production, Operations, etc.Our courses fall into two categories - general software and products available to everybody, and specific software and products available to only certain customers. Also, although we enroll them in courses upon creating their user, we really want them to explore and find courses that are meaningful to them.Additionally, not all of these courses are appropriate for each “Functional Area”. For example, we would not expect a Finance user to go through a course detailing how to use the software to analyze an asset.What we were hoping to do is create a limited number of catalogs (in this instance 2 - Software and Products). Then, the courses that would be visible to the customer would depend on the user’s branch and additional fields (C

Has anybody experienced duplicate notifications firing out?  We are testing at the moment at the certificate expiring message has sent out twice per user.

We’re working on a project where it’s a high priority that barriers to access are as low as possible which is why we’ve opted for free self-registration where users are forwarded to the LMS and can start learning right after registration without any confirmation.Intended behavior: When a user self-registers, a notification is sent to a facilitator@… email addressContext:As part of the program, a facilitator reaches out to new users. There are multiple facilitators that share a facilitator@… email address for all communication with learners. The idea is that each facilitator gets a folder in that shared email address. Current State: Hey - I dont mind coming in at the end of the week and getting some points to help knock out older friends like @gstager , @lrnlab , @alekwo out of their position in the leaderboard by walking new ideas and voting them up.I am doing this because I literally dont have the stamina for keeping up with them. But someone else is going to figure out my game? And starting knocking me out as well.Future State: remove the points from Ideas. Dont let us “spam” ideas to get our scores nice and high on the leaderboards. 

My Activities Maybe some of you have notice this change, but this section in the My Activities is now called Training Journeys instead of Learning Plans. We find this very confusing and are not sure why Docebo has changed this. Anybody any thoughts about this???

This may be a 101 question, but I cant believe I am getting stuck on this.I have an SME asking for a report scoped to the learning objects in the learning plan.Is there a way to report on just the courses in a learning plan? The courses do live outside of the learning plan as well as inside of it. Said learning plan is not in catalogs and is only used for mapped learning, but the courses do live in catalogs. 

We seem to be experiencing inconsistencies with the 'invite to watch' functionality from channel assets, interested to know if anyone else is experiencing this?I would expect the notifications to be sent at the time of event however, sometimes it’s taking longer than an hour to hit peoples inbox. With this in mind, I am currently having to invite my manager to watch all content that I send to the customer because I don’t know when they’ll actually receive it. I’m wondering if the events falls into a queue of jobs that run sequentially? Maybe certain times of day tend to be busier than others?  The invite to watch notification is something that we are keen to use heavily for proactive engagement as well as training support. For example, if a customer emails in with a question and we have an asset that walks through it, great invite them to watch. However, right now we see some come through immediately and others taking almost an hour. Has anyone else experienced this?...it doesn’t give

Once you have a report setup like you want it with fields and organization, is there a way to clone or copy that report so you can change the filters to keep the basic design but run it for a different group/branch?  I’ve spent a lot of time getting a report to look like I want it to and now I need to duplicate it for different segments of our user population but can’t see how to do that without creating new reports from scratch.

Hello,The “General import options” section on the left when importing a csv. Does anyone know the names of these columns for importing? We have a customer trying to purchase a course.  For our eCommerce solution we have integrated with Cybersource.  Our testing worked well - no issues  However, the first customer to purchase a course is getting a payment denied error after clicking Confirm Order - but before the credit card options even appear. I worked with the help chat yesterday and they did their best, but eventually created a support ticket.  I have not gotten a response yet.  Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and how it was resolved.  Thank you,Cheryl

I am very new to Docebo. I enabled the Certification and Retraining App and it looks like it has basic functionality that should satisfy my requirement. However, I would like some certifications that apply only to one group of (internal) users. For example, I want to identify a subset of courses towards certifying support engineers in product knowledge. These courses are accessible and appropriate for other users also, but certification must be limited to the support group users.Is it possible to accomplish that in some way? How should I think about this?
