@Adam Ballhaussen , I am looking to add comments widget to courses. But, I would like to hide them or be able to moderate them before it’s open for view. Is there anyway I can achieve this? I would also love to hear any alternatives to this from those who are using such feedback widgets. With gratitude- Susmitha

Hello Community. So I have to renew my SSL certificate for my custom domain for the first time. I am not very technical so this process is not entirely clear to me so I came to the experts for help. Do I understand the steps correctly:Download the cert files for the renewed certificate Under Advanced Settings, under HTTPS, click to Remove Certificate I then reupload the new cert filesI am assuming the system will be down the minute I remove the certificate. As such I plan to do it off peak hours. Does anyone have a more formal procedure for this type of system maintenance?Thanks!  

HI All,  We have just launched our Docebo platform and as part of our reporting procedures we would like to know the date a user first accessed the system. We can find last access but that doesn’t tell us how many individual people have logged on to the system for the first time since we launched.If anybody knows the answer, please put us out of our misery.Thank youPhilippa & Lorraine

Hi everyone,I’m after some advice on how to configure a series of ILT webinars with recordings with a few complexities to the configuration.In Oct I will have close to a 1000 people attend a webinar on a specified date, picking the appropriate one for their area out of 8 to pick from. The enrol, attend the session which will be using Zoom through the LMS. If they missed it and were enrolled they can watch back the recording later.I also need people that didn’t enrol in their area webinar session to be able to watch the recording back and receive the same completed status as attending. My understanding is that it is not possible for someone that did not enrol in the session to watch a recording uploaded back into the place of the “Join Webinar” after the webinar has been held. Kind of makes sense.At this stage I have a ILT  course with 8 zoom webinar sessions for different areas configured. I will save the recordings of those sessions and upload them to the respective spots for each ses

I’m looking to generate a report that could provide completion statistics on each module within our courses. For example, Bob has completed Modules A, B, and C in Course 1, but he has not completed Modules D-H. Bob has also completed all of Course 2. Is there a way to pull a report like this that could be exported (preferably into excel or a CSV)?I’ve found how to report on completion at the course level, but have not been able to find a way to pull a more granular report without going into each user’s record for that course and estimating based on percentage complete, which would be a manual and time consuming process for the number of users we have.  

We have a strong need to have managers/ or power users self enroll a user/learner from the MY Team page into a specific session of a ILT course. We know the user/learner can self enroll into a session but can we get a manager/power user to do this? In power user permissions, in the drop lists, it distinctly says sessions not just courses. Maybe it’s the language that confuses me? Since is says ILT Sessions. Thank you in advance for any information on this. 

We have setup a number of custom email notifications, all in English (US). It recently came to my attention that some of our learners who have set their profile language to one other than English are receiving the notification emails but translated to their native language. I did some digging around and am seeing that some notifications automatically send a different email, provided by Docebo, based on their language. An example of this is the “User has been created (confirmed registration)” notification. If you create one of these notifications you’ll see that Docebo provides the email subject/body for all 36 languages, and there is no way to disable specific languages for this notification without disabling the languages completely via the Localization settings. But that also disables the UI translations, which we’d like to keep. Notice that this is for all languages, but we only want the English version sent as it contains specific instructions.Is the only workaround for this to cop

Hello, is it possible you can utilized additional fields when self registering?  For us, it’s important that the user enters a branch code, plus selecting an additional field from either a drop list or predetermined.We have automatic rules setup for users who enter a specific group, along with a specific additional field.thank you,

We created an assignment for the purpose of having learners submit their assignment with a document but the assignment shows an option to record their screen or submit a video link (as shown below). We would like to remove that option but I can’t seem to find where that option can be removed.As always, everyone’s insight is appreciated!

Is there any way to send announcements to certain groups without having to schedule a notification? For example, if office hours are unexpectedly cancelled or rescheduled with a group within Docebo we will need a way to reach out to that specific group with that information. Any advice on how this is handled is appreciated!

Hi all! We have a fairly small user base (~130 members), and I’m just starting to look into the My Team feature. I do like the team dashboard, but, does anyone know if there’s a way to build and run reports on just a team? Our team leaders would each have about 30 members, and it would be great we could build some automatic reports for them to review. When I create a new report, I don’t see any “team” option. We also have some users who belong to two departments and would report to two different supervisors. This seems to break my relationship. Here’s what I’m trying:Bob → HR supervisor → direct manager → direct manager → direct manager/“CEO John”Bob → UX supervisor → direct manager → direct manager → direct manager/“CEO John” What I really want, is for “CEO John” to be able to drill down through all the different teams of teams. But with my structure, he can go through the teams, but he can’t view the Supervisors’ teams (he never see’s “Bob”). I hope this makes sense! I’m wondering if

Hey Community - Our instance of Docebo is an extended enterprise that exists on our parent company’s Docebo. We operate two completely different sites, however. Their’s is called “The Hub” and ours “Intelisys University” Right now, when users enroll in one of OUR certifications (learning plans), they are receiving the “New Course Enrollment” email but it’s branded with The Hub instead of Intelisys University. Is there a place that we can either make our courses only send confirmation emails with our branding, or if not, where can we turn these confirmation emails off completely 

We offer a mix of elearning and ILT courses for our software products.We categorize these courses by software product, so our categories are like this:Application Category A Application Category B Application Subcategory Application Subcategory Application Category Cetc.Setting up categories this way finally helped our users browse/filter quickly to get what courses are available for a given software product.However, for our ILT sessions, where we train learners on how to use software, we deploy and assign to them a cloud-based virtual machine. These machines are deployed from a given server region and to ensure optimal performance we need to know where the enrollee is physically attending from. I have a page with two widgets in a row. The background image I upload for one of the widgets, no matter the size of the image (I’ve tried anything from 700px width to 300px), always looks the same in desktop preview.Is there a way to manipulate this or is there a recommended dimension for widget backgrounds?I was thinking about the background-size: cover; css code but when I try it in chrome inspect, it doesn’t impact the image size.

We are redesigning our channel structure. Previously, we had a “Customer Videos” channel containing all videos visible to our external branch and had hoped users would filter/search for what they were looking for, but feedback is asking that we make multiple channels and assign those videos across the new channels (e.g., Product A Videos, Product B Videos, etc.).Unfortunately, we have hundreds of videos to reassign. I checked with Support and they said there is no API call to do this, and there doesn’t look like a way to do this via the UI. Before I spend many hours manually moving assets from one channel to another I thought I’d take a shot and ask here. Anyone done this before?

I am looking to quantify how many pieces of content I have in my Docebo platform. Obviously I know how many courses I have but I want to quantify other types of assets that have been uploaded. Just a number would be great but a count broken down by type (videos, shared links, # of docs/pdfs, etc.) would be ideal.

Hello,I’m wondering if you have any good solutions to deal with fast-clickers, i.e. users, who just click through the courses to finish them as fast as possible without actually focusing on the content. We’re trying to introduce more difficult tests, more interactive elements, etc. but in the end, we can’t seem to find a real solution that would both help and be user-friendly at the same time. Unfortunately, adding badges for course completion makes it even worse because then the % of fast-clickers increases.Do you have any ways of dealing with that?

Currently, when you add a widget, it is automatically added to the mobile view with the option to hide and or not visible at all if not supported. Can this "hidden" function can also be added when working with desktop view? One possible use case is when a widget is unsupported in mobile, we can load another widget to its place. Sample:Desktop viewiframe (visible)html widget (set as not visible) Mobile Viewiframe (not supported)html widget (visible - this will act as the iframe's substitute) Is there any way to manually configure this via CSS? 

Does anyone know how a manager views and fills out an Observation Checklist? I have created the OC, assigned the manager, and created the notification. The notification goes through and the manager receives email/bell notification, but cannot get to the checklist to actually fill it out. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

Hey all - We’ve run into a few issues over the last couple of days  - does anyone have work arounds for the following:Surveys: don’t allow you to input answers for use - is anyone using these with success? Observation Checklist: Don’t have values tied to answers to be able to score Cannot see all answers in reporting Can not permission to groups to be observers Quizzes: Can only hold most recent score - does not hold all attempts - essentially only reporting one score per user Does not report how students answer each question to see if there is a trend in a bad question Any help or solutions are appreciated!

First time asking a question, here goes. Has anyone had an issue with the channel widget overlapping on widgets above?I have the top row of widgets as 1/3 - 2/3 and I have the profile widget on the 1/3 and custom contend widget in the 2/3 both are set at 215 height.I have then inserted a full width channel widget with three channels. My issue is the title and controls of the channel widget is over the top of the widgets above. Anyone else experience this issue and if so any solutions?

This may not be an actual Docebo question, maybe it is a new feature request, but here goes.Our home page is broken into 3 columns.  The first we use for widgets that announce new courses, tips/tricks, links to articles, etc.  The second is My Courses & Learning Plans (sorted to ensure Learning Plans are listed at the top in a specific order using codes); and the third is their available catalogs (which spotlight courses based on branches).The question/request I have deals with the widgets in the first column.  A widget that recommends a new course is easy, I can link to the course registration.Is there a way to link directly to a resource in the Central Repository such as a job aid (file), video or HTML page?I know how to create Deep Links for launching a resource in Go.Learn.  That is GREAT if they are in Go.Learn.  But how can I do this for in the web based platform?BTW, here is the article for Deep Links for Go.Learn: Deep Linking for the Go.Learn App – Docebo Help & Suppor

I need help or suggestions on a problem we are encountering:Here is a little background - All of our courses (both e-learning and VILT) require payment.  We do allow our clients to purchase subscription licenses so that users can enroll into e-learning courses for free.  But all of our VILT courses require payment no matter what.  Also, each of our client groups have a power user that has certain permissions to help manage their own users. We normally allow our power users to enroll their users who have subscription licenses into e-learning courses, which is fine, since they have purchased the course through the subscription.  Since the ILTs require payment, only end users should be able to enroll into them after they complete the purchase process. We want power users to still be able to see the courses, so that they can pull reports on those courses if they need to.Today we noticed that one of our power users was able to enroll people into an ILT course that requires payment, but the
