Hi,I have problems with uploading training material to my course on our platform. I think it´s an issue with my account maybe? My colleagues are still able to upload training material. I´m superadmin user.I get this “error” when I click on the Training Material tab:   

I discover this morning that the Administrator’s Dashboard can be assigned as a permission to power users (YEA!!!!), but that the default is to not include any reports options on that page. I’ve assigned the power users to branches, catalogs and all visible courses and learning plans. I can’t figure out how to assign reports to the power user in the Power User Profile.What am I missing?

I want to create a group that auto-populates with all users who are enrolled, in any status, in any course of a particular category. The total number of courses is 40+ and possible enrollment status is at least two for us {in progress, completed}. Since it seems that each group enrollment based rule only allows you to select a single course and a single status, it seems like we’d have to create 40*2=80 rules which is more than the maximum. Wondering if anyone else has this situation- or if I’m missing something on how to accomplish this? 

Hi all,I was hoping I could get your feedback regarding the terms you use to describe the various sections of your E-Learning courses in Docebo. We’re about to release a long course consisting of about 50 videos organized into 5 separate folders and I’m wondering what term to use (if any) to describe the 5 folders. Currently, we’re calling them chapters as shown in the example below, but I’m not sure this is the best term to use in an E-Learning context.Chapter 1 - Operation panel

What CSS needs to be modified to increase breadcrumb font size?

I am using the “All Channels” page to get to my channels. I have visibility to a lot of channels and the ones I use most are on the bottom of the list. Is there a way to re-order the channels (not the contents of the channels, but the channels themselves). Can I tag a channel as my favorite so I can quickly get to my favorite channels? I tried searching from the top, but that gives me content in channels vs. the channel I was looking for. 

I’m creating a certification has expired notification and there are two shortcodes I don’t know: [cert_item_name] [cert_item_type]Where is the data taken from? How is the [cert_item_name] different from [cert_title]?I want to see if I can use these shortcodes to add a name of the team that learners can send questions to regarding a specific certification. This would help since the same notification will apply to all certifications and I’d like to direct people to a relevant team depending on what certification the notification refers to. 

Hi,I figure share a happening and hopefully someone can gain from it. Over the last month we conducted a reasonably straight forward learning campaign with our contingent staff. This was worked out with a newer “data feed” into the system and that was fine for what it is…but traditional data feeds can have a down side.To educate up? One traditional data feed method involves a flat file being exported out of one system in a right format from a “system of record” to be ingested by an importer in another system. So a flat file being typically generated by a report? Is typically a scheduled output and you then schedule the input (in our case) into the LMS to achieve your mojo…very little is then done by hand as long as you have achieved your integration…for data that is relatively stable? “That works”. I feel like I am going to pop….the latest release of Articulate Rise 360 brought an addition of not just content templates….but full blown content that is essentially free to your organization. It has me very very excited to be in the learning business right now. Not only do you get content courses that you can essentially brand as your own, but they also provide access to “lessons” or the sections within courses…..allowing you to effectively take the sections and bring together something that works better for your org. There are some minor licensing limitations, but they truly are your courses and are minor as long as you stay within the bounds of the “EULA”.We are looking to expand our soft skills library and I thought I was going to be working with mostly canned courses and Go1 content….now I have a decent plan B and C in case I cant “fit the bill” with what is available on Go1. Note you do need to be an articulate 360 subscriber….so maybe the content is not really “free

Hello,  I have been experimenting lot with group management and auto enrollment based on our needs. I succeed to a good extent in achieving desired results but I am stuck at one point. Use case: We have learners (90%) they have to do a preliminary course on the platform. Based on the course results they are assigned to different groups. We have created custom home pages and assigned to those groups. At page level, the visibility is based on the groups and not on the branches.Lets say, when the user is doing a preliminary course they are in group A (manual group). Later the user added to a different group B based on the result (automated group set on the condition). Basically user will be part of two groups and two custom pages. Both the custom pages should be accessible to the user by Menu (that’s the goal)The bottleneck is:I manually add users to the Group A via csv. I can’t make Group A automatic since I can’t remove the user. I did not set any condition since 90% users will have to

I read this post And I have a similar challenge, but don’t quite get how to fix it.I want to have an image widget next to a custom content widget. It’s just there to look pretty. I’ve tried using different sizes, but the widget just stays huge which then distorts the image. What else can I do to control the height on the image on the left to be closer to the height on the custom content box?

I need to automatically notify a program owner, via email, when a user has completed a specific learning plan.The user earns a Credly badge when the LP is complete and we don’t have an integration with Credly yet (working on it). I need the notification in the meantime so the program owner can manually issue the badge. The daily completion rate is sporadic (could be days/weeks before someone completes a LP or could get multiple completions in one day), so we need a notification to trigger the badge creation. Also, the program manager is not a Docebo admin at any level. I don’t see any way to add a named user in a notification, any other suggestions? 

We went live with Docebo and SuperAdmin/designated curator access to the entire Go1 catalog in April. We’ve provisioned about 250 titles from Go1 so far to the all-company catalog and have had a really difficult time with latency (lag) in addition to a few other new/known issues with their SCORM engine.Does anyone have experience with heavy use of the Go1 catalog? Looking for testing best practices, content creator recommendations (we’re based in North America with a forming presence in Europe), or any general suggestions on setup and management..

In the score management part of a test, I have selected the "Express score as percentage" option. So in the "Feedback Management" should this part be the number of questions or percentage of score? 

TL;DR - I am looking for suggestions or best practices on delivering an elearning course year round with content that is regularly added to it, or direct advice not to do it this way.--We are looking at an elearning vendor whose model is to create and deliver a training once a month. These micro-learning modules are 3-5 minutes long with 4 quick-check questions at the end.We’re considering whether we should deliver these in one course and add the training materials to them over the course of the year, or if we should make a new course every month and enroll all folks in them month to month. The tricky bit is that we will have to account for new hires as well as all current employees. New hires will always get a consolidated course with 4-5 foundational modules and then get put into the monthly sequence.My concern with running this in one course or many courses is mainly around reporting and tracking. I’m trying to set up some groups, and one of my fields I want to be based on a User Additional Field, but while some of those fields give me operator choices (contains, is equal to, is not equal to), some of them don’t. Of course, the one I want to use doesn’t have operator choices. Does anyone know why this is? It’s also a field with 5 possible values, 4 text ones, or people can be blank, but I can’t select blank, which I would like to. Any suggestions?

I need help troubleshooting: We have an ILT that users can only access once they’ve started a specific course. Ideally, we want users to see the course exists but can’t be accessed yet.Current setup:Group “ILT”: Automatically assign users to group “ILT” if at least one of the conditions is satisfied: The course is in progress or completed Enrollment rule: If user is in group “ILT,” enroll user in the ILT ILT settings: Course Visibility in Catalogs: Show the course in internal and external catalogs Course Self-Enrollment: Self-enrollments are available Catalog Enrollment Policy: Only Admins can enroll learners Validity is not limited Course is published Until a few days ago, this setting worked. Now it doesn’t: The course stays locked even though my test learner account is assigned to the correct group. The message on the card says “This course is now locked” which sounds like it wasn’t locked before but I can’t remember what the locked course message was when it was still working.

Docebo Support here!I wanted to create a post to create some visibility for other clients in case they are unaware of this feature for Power Users.For Power Users with permissions to create courses they are also able to assign those courses to Categories within the course management.However, without the power user having the assigned resource under their course resources tab they will not be able to do so.  

We are using the Central Repository (CLOR) to have one instance of each video, PowerPoint, pdf, etc. in the system for reuse, versioning, and to maintain consistency within the platform. One of the benefits of Channels is that you can have learning assets without them being in courses. How do I leverage the one copy of the learning asset in a channel? 

Hello everyone,When you duplicate a course, you get a chance to copy along the enrollments.Has anyone used that feature? As in - does it bring along the completions as well as those that are subscribed and in progress? Or does is it set everyone to subscribed in the new course? Maybe there is an idea in this question somewheres.

We have a Widget that directs learners to the Certification tab in My Activities. I noticed it stopped working correctly and was told by support that since Docebo has added ‘legacy’ to the front of the URL (as this module must be up for an overhaul) we must do the same in our relative URLs .Does anyone know how we’re notified when ‘legacy’ has been added to a URL and also when it is removed? I don’t recall seeing anything in the Weekly Updates. Should I be looking elsewhere?And on that note, is it odd that we’d need to add ‘legacy’ to get the relative URLs to work properly? Thanks for any help!
