I want the below “Register” button for my other URLs- Is it a Docebo System feature or we need CSS development?

Good day Community!First time poster, short time lurker here. I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to hide or remove the visibility of the Contests tab in the gamification widget. My company is rolling out gamification for a small test audience, and we’re looking to focus on badge allocation, but not so much the competitive side of things. I know that we can un-publish the leaderboard so that it’s not visible, but I haven’t found a way to hide Contests. Any insight would be appreciated. Many thanks!

Hey People! I recently learned you can rename course widgets through this post. But I’m still a little unclear on the actual how one does this. I opened the Localization Tool App, found the File Repository Area keys but when I import a file to make the change from File Repository  to Resources for example,  Docebo is asking for an xliff file format. What do you use to create such a file and is this the only option?

Hi all, anyone else now have disenrol instead of unenrol on their platform?  Have checked localisation and looks like the English UK has been updated with the change, as it appears everywhere?!? 

Is there a way to provide users with a certificate when they complete a Test?  Or some kind of document?  thanks for your experience.

Our class administrators are currently trying to configure Docebo to handle sychronous learning (Synchronous vs. Asynchronous Classes: What's the Difference? - TheBestSchools.org) and are reporting back to me that they believe that Docebo is not designed to manage synchronous learning. (My role is the Super Admin.)I am looking for samples of implementations that have successfully configured Docebo for this purpose and any advice you may have in regards to using Docebo for this. I believe that Docebo can be utilized for synchronous learning but we do not have the knowledge on how to configure it.Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi All,We have a 4 week in person training programme (via ILTs) for our graduates coming up. We don’t need to mark attendance for each session but I’d like feedback for participants and facilitators. Hence, I need to add the course to Docebo learning impact but don’t need QR codes being sent to each facilitator. Do you know if its possible to add the ILTs to learning impact to get the evaluation surveys sent but not the QR codes sent by emails to facilitators? I understood that using the QR codes for attendance lists seems to be a default for learning impact. Is is possible to turn this option off for specific courses and if so, how?Thank you for your help,Annabel

Hello Docebo community, Anyone have success of reading existing grades from a LTI Learning Object with the Outcome URL? I am able to send post request for replaceOutcome in the xml body but no luck in readOutcome and deleteOutcome. 

We are using the Branded Mobile App (not the Go.Learn app). We built the latest version of the app in Docebo with Google Analytics and Gmail SSO. Every time we tap on the Sign in with Gmail button, the app immediately crashes. Same thing is happening on both the iOS and Android apps. The Gmail sign in process works without issue on the desktop. Has anybody seen this before? Support told us to edit the plist.info file and add in our Gmail SSO settings. Has anybody done that before and could provide instructions? Thanks!

We are doing an audit after 6 months on using docebo and I am looking to export every course by name and code as well as every learning plan with the each course assigned and training materials.  Is there a report I can run or a way to easily export this information so that I can review? Can you assist with helping me navigate?  Thanks

I am curious to know if this is what everyone else is experiencing as it relates specifically to auto-tagging a SCORM package.I am an Adobe Captivate user. When I upload a SCORM package as a training material for a course - as we’re aware - the system generates tags automatically.The issue is that whenever a SCORM package is uploaded, the tags are gobbledygook. (see below) It is always on SCORM uploads and only on SCORM uploads.Are other Captivate users seeing the same thing? Are members of the Articulate family seeing the same thing? How about users of other products?I am trying to figure out if this is unique to me thing, a Captivate thing, or SCORM packages in general thing.The tags themselves - are mo

Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to remove multiple catalogs at once? Our courses usually include around 20 catalogs. Once the course is complete, we remove the catalogs so it no longer populates for users to see and click into. I have been having to remove each catalog one-by-one, which is not hard, but is a wee bit time consuming. It would be so much easier if we could have the option to click next to each catalog and remove at one time (similar to how we mark attendance, completion, unenroll, etc.). Does this already exist and I am somehow missing it? If not, any workarounds or are others removing individually as well?

Hello Docebo Community, Has anyone able to extract data from Docebo to visualize data whether users opens another course tab while taking a course? (Taking E Learning Course A and E Learning Course B at the same time)I downloaded User - Training Material report with fields first attempt date, attempt date, last completion date. It seems attempt date will always be overwritten whenever users launch the training material thus deleting historical session of the user.Any insights or alternative is greatly appreciated. I have Google Analytics enabled on my platform but unable to utilize GA User ID feature. 

This may be a silly question, but how can i easily see courses that haven't been assigned to a catalogue?

I know there is the option for contains or does not equal but anyone know a workaround for the opposite of contains.We have agency staff that look the same systemically to all others apart from the work external and need a way to exclude themThanks!Max

We have power users who are set with permissions to ‘View Users’ and ‘View Reports’ in their assigned profiles, with specific groups assigned to them under their assigned resources. I noticed, however, that (although the ‘Branches’ field is selected as a View Option for the report), no data populates in the Branches field when the reports shared with these power users are previewed/exported by the power users. The data in the field DOES populate for me as a Superadmin when I preview/export these reports though. I am guessing it has to do with either the report settings or power user permissions, but I cannot figure out what needs to change in order for these users to see the 'Branches' data for the groups that are assigned to them as power users on their reports.Has anyone else experienced this with their power users? If so, do you have any suggestions? I have sent a support ticket, but also wanted to reach out to the Community.Thanks!

Hi everyone!I would like to give a power user account the ability to view all surveys in multiple courses. The problem is that I can only assign the existing users as resources. Is there, as with the courses and learning plans, a way to assign all existing and future created users?

I upload a CSV file and the users are added quickly but the enrollments take hours, sometimes overnight. Support tells me this is as expected. But I say it is too long. I would like to request that the process be made faster.

When building an automatic Group, we need a way to eliminate a termed employee from being added to the automatic group.  The options when you pick “Term Date” do not allow for “blanks” to be an option.  It only allows us to pick a date based on the following:On Is after Is before Is in the rangeThere should be an additional option called “if blank” so that when an employee is termed, they would have a date in that field and thus would not be blank.  Therefore, their name should not be added to the Automatic Group being added.  Otherwise, programmers would need to eliminate anyone that has a term date in their programming code.

Users split into 4 groups (Say Group A, B, C & D)Group A will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in JanuaryGroup B will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in FebruaryGroup C will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in MarchGroup D will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in AprilGroup A will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 2 in May …. etc What levers should we users that force completion for Group A to complete Compliance Course 1 in January? but if they haven’t done it in

OK, so I get that this Power User doesn’t have these users in the resource list so they can’t see their name.BUTWhy does the total enrollment look like it’s not full as a result?2 Users are enrolled that the PU cannot see.Admin View  Power User view
