Hey Everyone!I’ve worked with some internal folks here at Docebo to bring to you an overview of how the automatic skill assignment feature works in Docebo. Feel free to have this exist as an initial guide and go to your CSM or AM for additional information! Auto Skill Assignment Guide

Hi, does anyone know how we can customise the new course landing page from this awful blue from when the platform was updated earlier this month?

Is there a way to delay registration for an ILT course?

Hello All - I’m looking for a way to upload Microsoft Word documents so that any changes made to them are automatically reflected. We’d like to avoid having the files available only as downloads that require copy/pasting from a saved version. Ideally, employees should be able to copy and paste directly from the document without needing to download it, while still allowing us to edit and update the original Word files as needed. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hellosince weeks we are tying to set up the SMTP but somehow no E-Mails are comming in in our Company Outlook inbox, same time in my private gmx inbox I get the E-Mails.Any idea what is going on? How can this be fixed? Many thanks in advance, Eileen

One of my clients is currently weighing their options for content creation, and this topic has come up. They are curious about the experiences other clients have had with using Docebo Creator versus traditional SCORM packages. They have been relying on SCORM for a while, but are looking to understand the pros and cons of both approaches in more detail. For those of you using Docebo Creator, what are your favorite features? How has it impacted your content creation workflow and the learner experience? Any challenges or limitations you've encountered? For those who primarily use SCORM, what's your go-to authoring tool? What are the key reasons you stick with SCORM? Have you faced any common issues with tracking or compatibility? Has anyone made the switch from one to the other? What was that transition like, and what were the key takeaways? We are hoping to get a real-world perspective: any insights or examples would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise.

Hi there, I need to figure out how to best handle unlocking courses or auto-enrollments with a learning plan setup that looks like this:Learning Plans are based on topics (e.g. Communication Skills, Horseback Riding, Ballroom Dancing) and contain courses on the same subject but on different levels Every new employee starts at the Basic Level. During their probationary period, they need to complete all the “Basic Level” courses in different learning plans but should not have access to the higher level courses yet (which are in the same learning plans). During this time they are required to complete all of their “Basic Level” courses Once they pass their probationary period and have completed all of their basic level courses, they should get access to all intermediate level courses. Once they have completed all of their intermediate level courses, they should get access to the advanced level courses. My hope is that I can use groups as a prerequisite for unlocking courses in a learning pl

Docebo Community,Looking for any L&D group, tech, person that might have experience with cleaning up certificates in Docebo. What challenges you faced and any best practices.  Lone wolf on this project, (No IT support, only one on the team with the experience: 20+ in L&D, Tech and Biotech). Challenging part is incorporating the external accreditations, that is new for me.  But I do need to include all the watch outs, and I would appreciate any insights if you’re willing to share. Taking a shot in the dark with Domebo’s community tool.

Hello Community!  Is anyone aware if there is a way to configure an Observation Checklist, or other, that include two questions, one for a user to answer and a different question for an instructor to answer?  Use Case: 1st question to route to Instructor: “By answering “YES”, I certify that this operator has demonstrated the minimum competency to perform assigned tasks independently through review and mentorship of…..” 2nd question to route to User (Operator):  By answering “YES”, I understand I am authorized to perform tasks and acknowledge that I am capable of performing assigned tasks independently.”It doesn't appear that this is an option in the platform but I have learned more from this Community than in Knowledge Articles, so I wanted to throw this out there.Thank you!

With My Team getting insights - all of your managers got some new tools. Nice.If you dont want insights out there just yet….because you believe the folks at your organization will need a little more of a hand with a tool like it?Know that you can disable it under Advanced Settings > Teams and managers | My team dashboards. It was on by default for us.We turned this one off just for now….

Does anyone have any tips on bulk enrolling users into learning paths? Most of our users are enrolled into Learning Plans rather than individual courses. Occasionally, users will need to be enrolled into multiple Learning Paths. Are adding users to Groups the best way to handle this? Any feedback is appreciated!

Do Not Recalculate Completed EnrollmentsImpact: Users who have already completed the learning plan will retain their “completed” status, regardless of any changes to the plan’s structure. If you add new courses or change assignment types, these users will not be required to complete the new or changed courses to maintain their completed status. This is the safest option if you want to avoid disrupting historical records or causing confusion for users who have already finished the plan. Example: A learner completed a plan with two courses. You add a third course and select this option. The learner’s status remains “completed” and their completion date is unchanged, even though there’s now an additional course in the plan. Use this option when you want to preserve the integrity of past completions and avoid retroactively changing users’ records. Recalculate All Completed EnrollmentsImpact: The system will recalculate the completion status for all users who have completed the learning pla

Hi Team, anybody help me to find enrolled user for a course , I ‘am trying with this endpoint this provides all the enroll-able user list of all cousers. get /course/v1/courses/{id}/enrollments

We are trying to use a small group of SMEs to help with grading assignments on some technical assignments. This is part of a Learning Path filled with E-Learning courses. It seems the only options for grading assignments are to create Superadmins or as Instructors in a ILT.  Since the learners would work on the assignment over several days to a couple weeks, I cannot see how we would use an ILT. We don’t really want to give this group Superadmin permissions across the LMS.  Any ideas on how to set up a small group of graders?

I am attempting to create a group that is automatically populated with People Managers. When I go into the conditions of the group and select User Fields, only Language and Email are available. The people manager flag is not available. Does anyone know if this is possible? or a work-around? Thanks!

Good morning Community 😊Does anyone know whether it is possible, even via CSS, to hide certain channels from the ‘Ask the Expert’ and ‘Share Content’ sections? We have several channels for the exclusive use of the HR team, so it should not be possible to ask questions/make comments. On the other hand, we are implementing channels that act as a ‘Community’ to foster internal knowledge sharing so we would like to be able to take advantage of the Discover, Coach & Share functions for which it is essential.Has anyone had similar experiences and prevented people from having dozens of channels on which to post content and/or ask questions? Thanks in advance to everyone for the support 😍Edo

Getting the most out of the Universal Search feature is sometimes a challenge...To get your content, courses and other assets proper visibility and to make sure they appear in user search results, use the TAGS option to include those keywords your users would typically use to find the content. Sometimes it’s not enough to use the auto-generated tags and I found that using the course title (in some cases) gets that asset to the top of the search results.Tags are really useful when used fully.

Is it possible to hide or customize the message at the end of a test that says “You have passed/failed the test”? I don’t want learners to know their results straight away.In the below image, the “You have failed the test” text is generated by Docebo.“Thank you for taking this test” has been configured by me in the Test feedback options.I have left all score display options unticked. Is there a workaround to prevent the you have failed the test message from being shown?

Hello, this feels like a really silly question! We use pages to collate together content for our catalogues on our user menu.I recently wanted to change one of these pages, so I have amended the name of the page/the catalogue name. However, I cannot work out for the life of me where the URL of the page is coming from - it’s still saying the old name of the catalogue not the updated one.I have loooked through the help guides on pages but I still can’t work out how to amend the URL/generate a new URL.Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello,I'm facing a challenge with our exam process. We have developed an exam using Rise 360 and integrated it into a single course shell titled 'Exam' within our LMS. The problem arises when students fail the exam; their status remains 'in progress' in the reports. We want to ensure that upon completion of the exam, regardless of the outcome, students are marked as having completed it. I'm uncertain whether this setting needs to be adjusted on Rise 360 or the LMS.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, Has anyone used this prototype? How does this function work with SCORM packages and articulate 360 specifically rise? I need a solution for multi language courses asap. Can anyone help?

Hi everyone,For those of you who already have your platforms up and running, could you share how you approached the design set-up?  Did you build the site internally, or did you work with an outside consultant?  We’re looking into redesigning our interface and would really appreciate any advice or recommendations for consultants. Thanks!

Community, We configured with Docebo 2 yrs ago.  Right now we are working on installing/configuring Docebo Connect for Udemy for Business.  We were thinking we wanted to customize the integration to map to Docebo Catalogs and to limit the number of Udemy courses we make available in a more curated fashion to different audiences.   We were told we could do this.  Now looking at the recipes it is not clear that we can.  And perhaps worse so, based on some experiences I’ve read doing that lift did not result in the desired user experience.    We are open to making config changes in our Docebo implementation but it’s not clear what we should consider to make the user experience better with Udemy.   Welcome others input on their experiences and recommendations. thank you,Mary Roche@NamrataSingh @chrisbarsoum

I can’t find a way to define a due date for a course (not an expiry date) that a user can see and use to plan completion of training on time. This type of due date would simply be visible for user planning purposes; it shouldn’t be the date that a course is no longer available to the user. I’m interested in any creative ways people have dealt with this type of need. Thank you all!
