Hello Community! Our company is in the final stages of launching Gamification officially, but we are having trouble determining how the system converts points to coins so that we are appropriately allocating for the Reward Shop. We first opened Gamification a couple of months back to see how it works and didn’t connect to the Reward Shop and we found that some users seem to have a 1:1 coin vs point ratio, while others don’t. I don’t see where the system allows you to manage that, perhaps in another area of the Admin Menu? Any insight on this would be super helpful, thanks! - Danielle

Hi all - quick question - should this say “events” in this definition in the last sentence, not sessions?My understanding is that the session is the wrapper and you have events sitting under it. This appears to be saying you can have multiple sessions that need to be completed for a course, which has confused me.It may be that they are just talking about different courses and sessions, plural. Hi EveryoneI have set up an ILT with 4 sessions, each session containing one event.  Each session has been set up with a maximum of 20 enrolments.As the Super admin I have enrolled a number of users (not exceeding the 20 max) onto specific sessions. I have now enrolled some more users (still not exceeding the 20 max) on the ILT course so that they can select for themselves the session they wish to enroll on.  Each user received the notification email, and when they click on the link within the email they are presented with the list of available sessions.  However, some of the users have been able to successfully enroll on the session of their choice whilst others have received this message telling them that “The count of users exceed limit of remaining availability” (this message appears for all the sessions):The enrollment limit for each session is nowhere near exceeded. Any ideas? 

Is there a live chat feature (similar to MS Teams) that I can add into my company’s LMS? We are looking at having a Communities of Practice section available to employees and a live chat feature would be very beneficial.  Thanks in advance!

Has anyone figured out how to make this work?We simply want to provide context within generic enrollment notifications by porting the description or some other long-text field into the email template.I know this base feature has been an ask for over a year, so wondering if anyone managed to solve themselves.Appreciate any work-arounds! :)

Hi folks.I’m picking up some tasks for a colleague who will be out of office for a bit & he’s been setting up some courses that prominently include the instructor’s name in the Learner View (see below image)I have looked over every inch of the course & cannot for the life of me figure out where he set this up. i’m supposed to go back & fix several which are showing the incorrect instructor but I’ve checked every section & have no idea how he set this up. All i can guess was that it was done on the specific Learning Object (a podcast, which is just a video w/ a static background image) because it only appears when that specific item is in use. But i’ve checked every element on Properties, I’ve looked at Settings, all available options under the Edit button for the Object, & everywhere else i can think of…Oh, & this is an eLearn, not an ILT, despite the inclusion of the Instructor.Any suggestions would be appreciated.regards,Nate

Hi EveryoneI am trying to create a Fill in the Blank test question and failing miserably.  What I am reading in the guidance notes doesn’t seem to tally with what I am looking at on the screen and the screen example is so small and moves so quickly that it is no help whatsoever.  In short it’s driving me round the bend.I am trying to create a question that has just one blank to fill.The guidance states:“Begin by writing the question in the Question box. Below, you will see a plus sign button labeled Add Answer. Click this button to add the possible answers for a single blank in the question, then type the correct answers in the box labeled accordingly.”No idea what the “box labeled accordingly” is so, rightly or wrongly, I have created this: but when I try to SAVE CHANGES I get this message: I’m assuming when it refers to ‘title’ it means question.  If I add all the possible answer shortcodes in the question I can SAVE CHANGES but when I preview the question it looks like this:I only n

Use case: In my platform, Institute, about 100 companies subscribe to our premier service tier and can create courses and learning plans only visible to their own users - along with all the general Institute content. They want to create learning plans including my courses and their courses. Can I somehow enable this without having to edit those learning plans myself (or someone else with superadmin)? Thank you!

We would like to set an e-learning course that allow our learners to view the training materials in no particular order, because of this we can’t set a specific TM as an end object marker. Also, our courses include a survey at the end, and we don’t want to require our users to answer the survey to get a course completion.Is there a way to complete a course with a certain number of TM’s outside of using the end marker? 

I have written a survey for a program my company has developed. How do I assign the survey to be completed after the modules are done? Ideally I’d like it to be the last required item in a learning plan for the person to earn their badge.

Hi,Does anyone know if there’s any way to see who assigned a specific course/learning plan to a certain user? We have our system set up so users can auto enroll in any course/learning plan but managers can also assigned courses/learning plans. When I see on the system that someone is enrolled in a course/learning plan I would like to see if this has been assigned by a manager or this has been self enrolled. Does anyone know if this is possible? I am asking as I would like to see statistics on self enrolled/assigned by manager. Thanks,

Hi everyone,Just wanted to check my understanding is correct about viewing recordings and online ILT sessions.Normal ScenarioLearner enrols in a ILT course and a Zoom session (event).  Learner attends the session and participates in session. That same enrolled learner can watch the recording that was added post session If a enrolled learner missed the session - they too can watch the recordingOther ScenarioLearner did not enrol in the course or select a session but wants to watch the recording Learner enrols in the course but as the session has been held, cannot enrol in it. That learner cannot watch the recording as they didn’t enrol BEFORE the session was heldIf I add the session recording (downloaded as a video file) to the course training materials as a video, could new learners that missed the deadline watch that video still in the same course - my understanding is no. I just tested it with a “learner” login type and when that test user entered the course it said no sessions are a

How does your team handle the content management for content backlog updates?  We are trying to develop a sustainable and simple process to use with our whole Enablement Team (instructional designers, trainers, and LMS operations).  We need to be able to identify and prioritize the work stream based upon level of effort, impact, resourcing needs, and timing.  Thanks in advance for any ideas on what’s working (or not working so we don’t go down that rabbit hole) for your team.  

Hi everyone,I’m working on creating visual graphics for a couple learning plans that I have created. They are sort of a hiking pathway visual of here’s where you start, here are your milestones, here’s the order of content involved, etc. I want to display them at the start of the learning plans so learners can see it right away and get a fun, visual idea of what takes place. I am looking for ideas of the best way to do display these. The thumbnail would not display large enough and the LP does not have course page display options that I’m aware of. Any thoughts or ideas are most welcome!   

Hello, there!I’m attempting to use HTML as a means of embedding a video from our DAM. Problem is, it allows downloads! Being relatively new to HTML in general, I’ve looked up the correct code necessary to block, which includes the following:controlList=”nodownload”Now, this sounds like it would be a simple thing to just go to the Source or under the Embed option while entering in the video and edit in that code. However, whenever I save it...it deletes the code. And as such, it won’t allow me to block the download using HTML. Now, am I missing something here, or is this just something the UI is overwriting whenever I save?

We have a use case where our business wants to migrate all the courses, repository from Lower Sandbox to Production . Do we have any automated tools through which i can deploy my data from one environment to another? 

I have several ILT classes that are taught by employees who only access Docebo to teach these courses once every few months.  They are not very familiar with the platform, and need to be able to easily and quickly access the courses they are teaching.  Is there a way to have the ILT courses that they are teaching appear in the My Training widget?  This widget is the first thing they see on their homepage when they log in and is the ideal place for the course to live for them so they have easy access to it.  Navigating to the My Courses and Learning Plans page and digging through all of the courses that they have on their account is far from an ideal solution, but is all that I’ve been able to find so far.  Any help is appreciated.Thanks!Jess OlcottTraining Program CoordinatorETC, Inc.

We have created courses in Rise and uploaded to Docebo as a SCORM package. When tracking progress, we can only see Enrolled, In Progress, or Completed.  For those users who are “In Progress”, I need to be able to see exactly where they are in the Rise course, not only that it is “In Progress”. How can I do this? One suggestion was logging in as that user and opening the course, but there are some issues with that as we have many users and we don’t want to accidentally alter their progress in the course.

I’m hoping someone better at CSS than me can help. I’m working with the Q&A widget on a page. I know I can limit how many questions show at once, but I’d like to control the height of that widget a lot more specifically using some height and overflow CSS.Below is a screenshot of me getting this to work in the browser dev tools (added styles are in the red box), but when I put these styles into the Custom Styles of Docebo they do not populate. I’ve tried every combination of classes and IDs that I can find, and nothing seems to make it work. Has anyone successfully done this to a widget that can tell me what they did?
