Has anyone else had issues getting what they need from the Audit Trail? A couple of times I have tried to determine who created a course & have narrowed the Time Frame to reflect when I know that course was uploaded, but I still could not find it. The first time this happened I tried adding a buffer period of about a week on either side & that worked, but the last time I tried this same approach I was still not able to find what I was looking for.I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong, but ultimately it meant i had to reach out to several Power Users before finding what/whom I was looking for. I am looking to see if Docebo provides a report that gives me item level information. I am looking for the responses to each question on a test by user with the goal of performing a reliability analysis. Does Docebo allow you to see this information?

Hello, all.Wondering if anyone has noticed, or has a solution, for the problem I just noticed today with CSV certification imports. I learned that when I’ve been doing my mass imports of the certifications, the issue and expiration dates have been imported incorrectly by 1 day. If I do the certification manually (for instance, only 1-2 people need it and CSV creation isn’t worth the time), the dates are correct.I’ve imported about 40 certifications for our “coaching certification” by CSV. All have had various dates of when they were certified, which have been included in the CSV.However, if I have Employee ABC with certification on 8/11/2022 in the file, after import, Docebo shows 8/10/2022 for the issue date (and 8/10/2024 as the expiration). I am baffled why it would change the date by 1 day for each. As a note, there have been no issues with the imports. The formats are correct. The codes are correct. The report shows 0 errors after it processes. If I enter the information manually,

Wanted to see if anyone found a good solution to this issue. We want to create a way to get all users created on the system given a date via the api.Looks like the endpoint - /manage/v1/user does not really help since it does not have any filters for date_created. It does have option for updated_from but that shows everyone who logged in today and not necessarily created today. We need to send these people to an external client accurately and using the webhooks always runs to some random error overtime. We’re planning to use cronjobs to check the LMS for newly created users for that day and send them to the external client.  Anyone has any ideas? 

Hi,We have created a csv file to import our users daily.  The file size is 39474 KB (39 mb).  I was looking for ideas besides splitting the file into 10 files that others have used to get around the 3mb size limitation.Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi,I am trying to update an additional field to multiple users in batches. If I have 100 users_ids in the the array, I want to update the additional field value for each user.Input:{        "user_ids": [1234,5678,..100 user_ids        ],        "additional_fields": {            "24": "15"        }} I want to insert different additional field for each user. From the above request body, it will update “15” for all the 100 users, but i want to update the”24” to “100” for user_id 1234 and “200” for user_id 5678 and so on. I know we have the /manage/v1/user/1234 endpoint to update additional fields for each user. But, I want to do this in batches of users with different additional fields. The reason to do this is to not reach the 1000 API calls per hour limit.

Our organization uses the notifications feature extensively and customizes each notification by language. I notice when I go to replace the text in an Arabic notification:The auto-generated text is in Arabic, but not written right-to-left When I paste correctly formatted custom Arabic text (right-to-left) into the subject or body of the email notification, the text is automatically switched to left-to-right.How do I get the notification editor (or at least the body portion) to correctly format right-to-left? Is there a button or setting that I need to enable?

Is it possible to set up Locations and Classrooms in Docebo as being hooked to our company’s defined locations in Outlook / Office 365, such that if we build an ILT in Docebo to use a particular venue, it automatically books that venue in “real life” so others at our company won’t double-book the same room with some other meeting?

Are you able to click into the data reported via Google Analytics?  For example, click into the ‘New Users’ and see the list of names for new users?  Thanks

We are trying to create a list of all of the gaps between a power user and an admin both on a technical level and regarding where we want to draw the line. I’m specifically asking if any of you have noticed blindspots for PUs. My only good example is that in the file repository area, only super admins can edit docs in Discover, Coach, Share. PUs can delete and upload, but not edit these docs. Any other limitations on PU permissions?

When a user clicks on an ILT session from the Upcoming ILT calendar widget - why doesn’t it automatically select that session for them to enroll in? The user has to select again from the list of sessions available.Is this a setting that I am missing?

I feel like there is some workaround for this, but I can’t think of one at the moment, not sure if anyone else has achieved something similar? I want an automatic group assignment based on someone NOT being enrolled/in progress/completed in a course.Use Case:We want users who have not seen our intro course to see a landing page that asks them to take the training. But we want the page to disappear once they have enrolled in the course.  The way that we could achieve the page appearing and disappearing is with a group.  But I realized we cannot create a group with an automatic assignment based on NOT being enrolled in a course.Has anyone been able to do this but with a work around?

In our skills section, we no longer have the option to select external content - this has only happened in the last couple of weeks but we don't know exactly when. Are there any options elsewhere which would result in this option being hidden/removed?  

Hi all,When I click the button shown below to download survey results, the file is being downloaded in text (.txt) format rather than Excel format. Does anyone know why this might be?  

We have a Technical Skills Assessment (TSA) that our managers complete for each employee. The TSA is currently an Excel file because different parts of the organization are required to complete different components. Some required areas are determined by each manager. I don’t want to disrupt the existing Excel file process at this time.We have been asked if it is possible for managers to load each employee’s completed TSA file into Docebo so that an employee’s management team can access the Excel file. This access would carry through if an employee moves to another location.We investigated numerous possible options but did not locate something that met all our needs. For example, we looked at the super admins loading the file as a certificate for an external training we add. We found this wouldn’t work because employees can access the certificate file and replace it.We considered observation checklists. We didn’t see an option within this to upload a file like the completed Excel file.

When someone is in our sign-in screen, they see a dropdown in the upper right that says “English” and has an arrow, hinting that they could click to change the language of the interface. However, we only support our content in English and have no other languages. This function ends up being useless for us, but can “trick” the user into thinking there are more languages available. Is there a way to remove this little box? We are looking for a way for someone who is taking a course to submit text-based feedback on how they like the course, what could be better, etc. in a way that other people attempting the course don’t see. Is there a way to do that? Thank you in advance!

Hello! I am using the Automation app to create course shells with a CSV file upload. I have setup a scheduled rule which, once a CSV file is added to an FTP folder, imports the courses using a custom import schema. The process itself works absolutely fine. However, we now have a mandatory additional course field, which causes the import to fail and sends the following error on the log:Invalid option 'field_1’The additional field is a dropdown list, so I have assumed that the value should be the string value of the dropdown option, as per the information for managing uses via CSV on this page: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020128839-Importing-and-Managing-Users-via-CSV-Files...But clearly this is not working, and we can’t leave it blank because it’s a mandatory field. Does anyone know the correct way to reference a dropdown value when importing via CSV, please?

Hello! I am here with a CSS question. The My Activity widget that you can put on pages has so much negative space on the top and bottom. Has anyone figure out how to remove or reduce that? I don’t like how it looks on my page, but we want to provide this type of visual to learners directly on their courses page. Red boxes below are what I’d like to remove/reduce.  

At present, if an expired user attempts to log into the Docebo platform, they receive the following message: Error - Sign in not possibleWrong credentials provided. Check them and try again.This message us confusing to expired users. Is there a way to modify the message specifically for expired accounts?  

Is there an event notification available that can be utilized to send notifications to users when their registration request is rejected by an administrator?

We have a spreadsheet that students need to learn how to complete. I’d like to create a test where students input data into the sheet and are graded based upon expected values in each cell. Is this something can can be done?
