Just wondering if it’s possible to have users receive certificates for training materials instead of courses as whole?

I have created a new widget and inside that widget I created a page with two new widgets that will lead to a page with different catalogues of courses. My problem is with the page with two widgets: When users click the widget and it goes to the page with the two widgets, it states error 403. I assume it's an access problem, but how do I give access to a page? All the users are in the correct branches.  

We are planning some user field updates/enrollments and don’t want notification of this to be sent out. When you deactivate a notification, how long does it need to be turned off for to skip the notification being sent?

I want to get only the fields “id” and “last_update” from this endpoint: /course/v1/courses (full link: https://<our_domain>.docebosaas.com/api-browser/#!/course/Courses/Courses_course_v1_courses),  and specific fields from this endpoint: /course/v1/courses/{id} I searched in the documentation of these endpoints but didn’t find how to do it.

Morning all,I am having a complete mind blank today and need reminding of something…I have 2 courses that new starters need to complete, but the second one only has to be completed by lawyers, not all new starters.  I have added the first course to the enrolment rule that automatically allocates the mandatory courses to all new starters - that is fine.  I want to have the second course automatically allocate to lawyers only once they have completed the first course, but can’t for the life of me remember how to do it!HELP!

For some of our courses we have an assignment that needs to be evaluated before the learner can complete the course. We just want the assignment to be a pass or not though and not have to determine a score out of 100 each time. Is there a way to remove the score part using CSS script or something? Has anyone done this before or found another work around? 

We are a training company that currently uses the built-in ecommerce shopping cart.  We now have a need to sell tangible items along with courses, and this creates a problem for the collection of sales taxes in the United States. We have looked at the Shopify solution, but they take a significant cut of sales--even when you’re using a third party payment gateway. We also looked at a Wordpress cart solution by Red Earth Design that ties WooCommerce to Docebo, but it currently is engineered to handle eLearning courses (not ILT with sessions/events/etc.).We’ve considered also changing our CRM to Salesforce.  It is my understanding that there are carts that work directly with Salesforce, so…Has anyone been able to set up Docebo ecommerce in this fashion?          Docebo <==> Salesforce <==> Third party shopping cartIf not, have you find other solutions that work with Docebo?  One vendor, BigCommerce is suggesting some sort of integration with Tray.io (for automation today we ar

Summary of issue: We offer external Instructor led training courses. Within these courses we chose to allow waitlists via (course management > advanced options > Catalog Options > Enable Waiting Lists). Because we allow the purchase of our courses via Catalogs automatic waitlist management is not possible due to Docebo’s system limitations.After going live in December, we have continued to experience ongoing issues for our clients when they waitlist themselves they continue to see courses listed but do not have the Join option as detailed in a previous post which seems to be an experience others have had to deal with as well.We have reached a point in our process where we believe the best step to take would be to disable waitlists in Course Management entirely as it continues to garner negative reactions from our clients and internal support teams.Has anyone else gone through this process? any idea of the downstream effects of disabling the option when users are still waitlist

Does anyone have any fun CSS or system settings I’m missing to control the height of this header across the platform (marked by red rectangle in the image)?It really feels like a waste of real estate just for a page title.  

I'm excited to see the new skills dashboard that will be happening in April.However, I'm now wondering, is there any way I can find out which courses and assets are associated with the skill? Or is there any way to download the skills catalogue with a list of the related content?We need to work out which courses either haven't got skills associated with them or where we have lots of skills. I know up until recently, the skills tool has been a "closed-loop". So with the new updates, can we see what's actually on the platform? I have found a way to identify courses with specific skills by filtering in the course management page, but this is quite awkward and time consuming.

Hi all,I’m still getting to grips with CSS and have become stuck in a job I need to get done.  Basically we have an image widget above a channel widget, but it has a margin underneath that I would like to remove so the image is closer to the channel.I have found the widget ID, but am stumped as to what I need to put to change the margin size.Can anyone help please?Thanks in advanceNeil

Hi all,I need to set up a Power User Profile that will grant Power Users the ability to enroll learners from a particular branch into courses from a particular category. I’ve assigned the power users individually to the branch and to the courses. However, I’m not sure which permissions I need to set in the profile to allow them to enroll users into the courses. Please could you let me know which permissions I need to set?

Can anyone offer a suggestion on what the body should like when you are using the API Explorer to call  GET/course/v1/coursesand you want to use the extra_filters to filter and only return a specific “code”?The sample shows this, but I can’t figure out how to format what goes in the box. Additional optional filters to be applied over the returned result. Hey everyone. I’ll explain our use case here. We have an HTML/WYSIWYG widget that I embed banners images and link them to a specific course or catalog. This widget is used on multiple pages so when the link changes, I’m needing to go into multiple pages to update the links.Currently I have the images sourced from a hosting site (Microsoft Azure) and they’re named “Docebo_Banner_1” and “Docebo_Banner_2” so when I swap out the image on the hosting site, the images are just replaced in the widget. We have a rule set for when Edge closes, it clears the cached images so they’re refreshed whenever Edge is opened again. I still have to go into each widget on each page to update the link.Is there any way to embed or iframe that widget into the other pages so I could update the link once and it goes live to all the other pages where it’s embedded? Hello, We created 2 yearly compliance learning plans, one for individual contributors and another for managers. Within these learning plans, they each have 3 courses that cover the same topics but they are versioned to either IC or manager. We are going to create a new learning plan each year and enroll all employees in Jan. We are not using the retraining app.Example:2022 Compliance Learning Plan - Individual ContributorsAnti-Harassment for Employees Info Sec Managing Bias for Employees2022 Compliance Learning Plan - ManagersAnti-Harassment for Managers Info Sec for Managers Managing Bias for ManagersEssentially, the manager courses are the same as the IC courses, but with additional manager information. After enrolling employees into all of these learning plans and adding an enrollment rule, I have noticed we have 148 employees who are enrolled in both learning plans when trying to run a report for compliance. This is because they went from IC to Manager after the initial enrollment.

We have some documents that our instructors need to download and distribute among the participants in an ILT-session. In our previous LMS, these documents could be added to a notification in attachment.In Docebo I tried adding these documents as training material, but as an instructor, apparently you can only add or delete training material and not download it, unless the instructor is enrolled in the course. It seems a bit strange to enroll the instructor in his own course. He would receive notifications that only learners need to receive, which might be confusing. How do you deal with this? 

Hi,I have problems with uploading training material to my course on our platform. I think it´s an issue with my account maybe? My colleagues are still able to upload training material. I´m superadmin user.I get this “error” when I click on the Training Material tab:   

I discover this morning that the Administrator’s Dashboard can be assigned as a permission to power users (YEA!!!!), but that the default is to not include any reports options on that page. I’ve assigned the power users to branches, catalogs and all visible courses and learning plans. I can’t figure out how to assign reports to the power user in the Power User Profile.What am I missing?

I want to create a group that auto-populates with all users who are enrolled, in any status, in any course of a particular category. The total number of courses is 40+ and possible enrollment status is at least two for us {in progress, completed}. Since it seems that each group enrollment based rule only allows you to select a single course and a single status, it seems like we’d have to create 40*2=80 rules which is more than the maximum. Wondering if anyone else has this situation- or if I’m missing something on how to accomplish this? 

Hi all,I was hoping I could get your feedback regarding the terms you use to describe the various sections of your E-Learning courses in Docebo. We’re about to release a long course consisting of about 50 videos organized into 5 separate folders and I’m wondering what term to use (if any) to describe the 5 folders.
