I see this idea was put up quite a while ago. What are you all doing for this challenge?Imagine you have effectively a catalog of topics/courses offered on location for customers. The date and location isn’t set until interest is expressed. So, no sessions can be created. This is not an ecommerce thing, the customers are internal. How do your customers tell you what they want so you can create the sessions or maybe even a new course for their people to self enroll?Do you use Docebo for that, or outside processes?

We have many instructors teaching the same class, but different sessions. We also provide a survey following a class to collect attendee feedback that can provide valuable insight to the effectiveness of each individual instructor’s delivery. The survey results can help the instructor improve perceived weaknesses (e.g., pace, clarity) while continuing with what they are doing well (positive feedback).Currently the only way I've found to view surveys displays all sessions/all instructors (Course Management, Reports, Training material statistics).Question: How can each instructor get notified (or retrieve) survey responses pertaining only to the class sessions they taught and not show survey responses for other instructor session deliveries?

Good morning! We have extended enterprise clients that use their own subdomain of our site like subname.company.com/theirname- when mangers attempt to view My Team, they just get a spinning circle. I am able to reproduce this when I log in as them. If I login as them and login to our site url, they are able to see My Team. The customer that reported it said it started about a week ago. Is this a known issue?

Hi all,We’ve noticed that when we edit a user, say for any reason from something as simple as a typo in their name or if they transferred to another location, that it for lack of a better phrase “re-enrolls” them into courses in which they were already enrolled and thus impacts accurate reporting. For our use, 99/100 times we do not want a change we make to a user’s profile to impact their enrollments but it does. Is there a way around this? Or is there something we need to change to ensure this doesn’t happen?

Hello, there! I am looking into creating a group that anyone who has NOT started a course or is listed as IN PROGRESS will be a part of. The intention is that once they complete the course they will be removed from this group, but not unenrolled from the course itself.I've located this document for help on the help webpage:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020084100-Managing-GroupsHowever, all it states is that you can have enrollment based off of enrollment status. A link takes me here:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020082940-User-Levels-Roles-and-Statuses#post-simple-toc-heading-4With this document it states that one status is "Enrolled", which indicates that the user is enrolled, but hasn't actually started the training yet. This appeared to fit my requirements, yet when I look into Eligibility for auto-addition to a group, the only options do not include Enrollment as it is described, but Subscribed, which appears to me to include anyone in the course. Hi there,Brand new here in the community, new to the possibility of using HTML & CSS to customize page, HTML/WYSIWYG widget, as well as look & feel for the platform as well as for courses. Currently learning CSS on the go, have basic knowledge of HTML. My questions are very foundational.Where/how can I write/change a page’s HTML/CSS line? I’ve created the page and would like to customize further. For HTML/WYSIWYG widgets, is it possible to remove the “box” for the particular widget?Thank you!

And we work “the machine” to document and get a reproducible bug recognized and addressed? Is there any way to center the text on page widgets?

Hello,New Docebo admin here - our team would like to find a way to disable the “Discover how to improve your skills” popup that shows up with new user login - this isn’t something we want to be a part of the user experience for our first learning group.Has anyone been able to do this?I’ve seen some posts about hiding it with custom CSS but it seems like there should be a more declarative way to disable it. It seems to be a part of the Skills Management tool but even as superadmin I can’t find any options for configuring that.Thanks, Andrew

I have a few new users who previously completed some of the required courses on another platform. 4 users and 9 coursesThe completions by users vary, not all users have completed the same courses. Not sure if it a big enough job for an API upload but the manual process is tedious as I first have to enroll them then give credit by course.Is there a way to do this starting with the user management?I don’t see one but I’m hopeful. I have wanted to do this before too. I can see a user’s profile and the courses they have in the various status, but to change the status I have to navigate to each course. This means I have to get the list, go to course management, then back to user management to verify. 

Putting this out here to try to troubleshoot several issues we have had this past few days with our Teams/Zoom Integrations! Earlier this week our Teams integration (which has worked wonderfully for us the past two months) decided to quite working. Our Token is missing, we have tried to reconnect and Docebo Chat wasn’t able to fix either. I now have a ticket open but no resolution.  This has caused over 60 employees to have reschedule training sessions. To get by we had switched to our Zoom integration (when we could due to overlap), this worked for a few days. BUT, now all of a sudden today, Zoom is giving us trouble! We have our Zoom account set to automatically include the passcodes into the weblinks to ensure staff have to do as little as possible to get into our sessions. However, starting this morning, it’s not passing through our passcodes. Even when we manually give the passcode form the event to the staff member it won’t work! So now we have a bunch of sessions and NO CLUE how

I am supporting restricted content that is available to users who complete the approval process outside of Docebo.The workflow is Apply > Review  > Approved > Welcome letter and access to the restricted contentI would like the welcome letter have the link to the LMS and have that link add them to the group. I know I can send a link to directly enroll users to a learning plan or a course, is there a way to do the same for a group?Note: the applications are manually reviewed and emails are sent out for each approval. There is no “system” in place to integrate with via API. If not, what other options do I have? Currently I am using an automated group and am listing the user’s emails for eligibility. Two challenges:I am a power user and every time I need to add someone I have to contact a super user. I have access to the group but cannot edit eligibility.  Long-term, the group could grow beyond the eligibility rules (500). I can think of a manual maintenance strategy, but I don’t

Good morning Docebo Community.I would like to set up a course that asks users a question - using a text entry, completely free-form - within a SCORMed course (made using Storyline). The SMEs are hoping that we can save/file the responses and email them back at a later date (a sort of ‘see how much you learned’ type of idea).The first part of this is easy, but my issue is that once i have the responses in the LMS, how do I know who answered what? I look in Reports, then ‘Training Material Statistics’ & click on the module in question, then click ‘Answers Breakdown’ to drill down & find the responses. But it’s all anonymous. Is there another way to do this so I can see what user wrote what response? One thought I have is whether I can piece things together if there are multiple text entries within the module - i.e., including a separate field for the user’s name & one for their email address. Maybe the Answers Breakdown are ordered by user. I could test this myself easily eno

Hi just as of recent, it feels like Go1 has fundamentally changed the way they are deploying content. An overview tab that has their description is now deployed to all Go1 content in my instance. Any thoughts on how we make it go away? Where did you come from???? 

Is there a way to create alerts (email) for SuperAdmins to receive when there is a new question or response in the Q&A forums?

We have many blended courses in which learners attend an ILT virtual event and then are assigned tasks/study to complete offline in preparation for the next day’s event.We want to add the Q&A widget to these ILT courses so that instructors and learners alike can easily share their questions and learn from each other while completing their self-paced materials outside of the webinars. But the Q&A widget is not an option in an ILT course. Is on the roadmap? Are there any similar workarounds/features?

Hi all,Data refresh hasn’t been working so I opened a ticket. In reply they just sent a KB article that lead to a new question. Remember that you can refresh on demand the data of your reports up to a limited number of times per day and a limited number of times a month (n times in January, n times in February, etc.).  Anyone know how many refreshes we get a month or how to find out?

Just wondering if it’s possible to have users receive certificates for training materials instead of courses as whole?

I have created a new widget and inside that widget I created a page with two new widgets that will lead to a page with different catalogues of courses. My problem is with the page with two widgets: When users click the widget and it goes to the page with the two widgets, it states error 403. I assume it's an access problem, but how do I give access to a page? All the users are in the correct branches.  

We are planning some user field updates/enrollments and don’t want notification of this to be sent out. When you deactivate a notification, how long does it need to be turned off for to skip the notification being sent?

I want to get only the fields “id” and “last_update” from this endpoint: /course/v1/courses (full link: https://<our_domain>.docebosaas.com/api-browser/#!/course/Courses/Courses_course_v1_courses),  and specific fields from this endpoint: /course/v1/courses/{id} I searched in the documentation of these endpoints but didn’t find how to do it.
