Hello! Looking for thoughts or ideas - we have Learning Plans set up based on department/role.  When we add courses to the Learning Plans it adds the course to all users enrolled, which is what most folks want.  Is there a way to not have that course populate for everyone?  For example, I might be in Role ABC and have been in it for 5 years and now they created a course that is entry level and I don’t need to take it since I already know the content and it would be more for new associates in the role.  Is there a way to get it to not populate for everyone without unenrolling them from the Learning Plan?  Or any ideas on ways to get around this?

Folks - anyone having an issue with deploying learning to a group today (mapping users via a group to an enrollment)? I keep trying to load a group? But the system keeps saying there is zero users in it….but I know thats not true….

We have discovered that our catalogs when filtered show the incorrect number.  When I filter the catalog the item count will update to a new number, for example, 18 items, but when I scroll down the catalog, there are waaaay more than 18 items.I have a ticket open to figure out this issue, but curious, would anyone know if it is possible to just hide this item count with CSS?  

HI,Can anyone point me in the direction of any guidance notes/help pages on automating user feed into docebo (form other systems)?  This was managed by a third party provider and I’m keen to get our own IT department to make some improvements but it would be good to pass on as much info to them as possible so they are not starting off in the dark.Any signposting gratefully received. 

I apologize if this has been asked before! I am trying to set up a course when a user fails a pre-test they are forced to watch a video. Is there a way to make this work? TIA

Hi all,We’ve received feedback from our learners that they would like completed courses to be labeled “Completed” throughout the site. They find it confusing that completed courses are labeled “Enrolled” in catalogs, but “Completed” elsewhere. I seem to remember there being a discussion about this in the community a while back, but I can’t seem to find it. If someone could point me in the direction of the discussion (or related ideas), I would be really grateful.Thanks,Daniel

I recorded a screen capture as an asset in a channel but now want to create a course that includes that video.  Any idea how to transition an asset into a course?

I know there has been a post about this sometime ago and I can’t find it.  I need to report on all the courses in our system, and the only way I can do that is if I have a user enrolled in the course.  Is there an easy way to enroll someone into all of my courses?To be specific, we just need to enroll them into e-learning courses.I realized I can’t use an enrollment rule without painstakingly going through that long list and un-selecting ILTs.Has anyone else come across this and find a way to do this in a bulk action? In addition, has anyone been able to trigger an enrollment of a user when an e-learning course is created? I’m assuming someone has been able to do this with an API? 

Hello!  I love reading these posts and getting some great ideas from all of you.I am a novice at css and html, usually can tweak code that someone else has done but not good at creating my own ‘stuff’, so I’m coming to all of you for help.The status boxes as show below (Not Started, In Progress and Completed), I would like to have the Completed ones have a different coloured background than the In Progress one.  Is this doable?I would like this change to happen across the system, not just necessarily on the page this screen shot came from (My Courses and Learning Plans).Any thoughts?Thanks in advance. 

I’m exciting to use My Teams but I one thing holding me back. I was wondering if anyone else has come across an issue with Managers being able to select their team from all users. Is there a way you all have worked around that? There could be a confidentiality issue there for us.

I am used to mapping in a group because a person has been enrolled in a learning plan. Has anyone had luck to help filter out people that would be part of a “duplicate, snapshot” learning plan.The use case is we have a contingent workforce that are working with us on a work order basis (and not a new employee /.term basis) - a person can have multiple work orders throughout the year and come and go….so I want to avoid deploying a n LP to a person that has already taken an equivalent “snapshot” learning plan .The two LPs actually have the same learning objects - so that makes it easy - and the records are kind of clean - but if I can filter folks from the group side of the story? Then I believe I can avoid enrolling them again if they already took the content in question.So by them not taking an LP or having these statuses with an LP? It is one of the pieces that will contribute to eligibility moving forward.

When creating and publishing e-learning courses in Docebo, I want to set a deactivation date such as 1 year time period. Is there a way to do this in Docebo? As my company  is international we regularly provide content in multiple languages. Our frontpage is designed in order to highlight new content available but as you can imagine this content difer depending on the language and the sites of our company. I’d like to design a customized page so that learners directly see on their front page, the current event related to their sites and language. I’ve found how to customize menu but not how to direct frontpage to a specific target audience.Since docebo provide many customization possibilities I guess it is possible to do so. Can someone help in this request ?Thanks, 

If you assign a certain group to a learning plan and then unenroll an individual from the learning plan that was part of that group; will that person automatically be enrolled again based on the original criteria or no?

Hi!Newbie here! I have a course that has two steps.The course itself E-signature step The course has multiple slides and requires the click of the next button to navigate to the end of the course. There is also a NEXT button at the bottom of the course that takes you to the e-signature step. However it will prompt you to finish the course when you click on it. This is the issue, my learners are clicking this button thinking it will take them to the next slide.Is there a way to disable the NEXT button until the learner finishes the course?

Hello, I have been trying to create ILT sessions via a CSV. I managed to create a session but now when trying to upload an event via CSV I keep getting an error regarding the time_begin parameter. I have already read the following article https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/5226538368658-Importing-ILT-and-VILT-Sessions-and-Events-via-CSV-Files to cross check the data type and format. Still no luck, any suggestions?

Using the batch enrollment to load some historical completion data from our ERP the completion date is one day less than the date in the JSON.  Any ideas why this happens?   I am using the API call - POST /learn/v1/enrollment/batch 

Hi all.  Happy New Year!I have an issue, that I hope someone has been able to solve in the past or has any ideas about.I want to have a widget to show the status of ‘compliance training’ so that learners can quickly and easily see if they have outstanding courses to complete.  We currently have the Task List widget in use, but this lists all courses that they are enrolled onto for the year, so not easy to identify those that are compliance.I have tried to do a custom content box that has a URL for the ‘courses and learning plans’ page that is filtered - this works great - however the filter stays on when you click on the page in the menu as well, so this won’t work (without constantly telling people to unfilter to see all results).I have also tried a catalogue widget, but the filter doesn’t allow me to filter by completion, nor does it allow me to show the ‘not started’ courses first.My latest attempt is a channels widget, but the filtering doesn’t stay on, and then still have the issu

I’m testing my custom layouts/code in different browsers. One of the issues I’ve run into is that Safari doesn’t use certain pieces of my custom code. Specifically, the code concerning styling of specific pages (example: #doc-page-209) is skipped/ignored. However, all other custom CSS is applying correctly.Is this a known bug? is there are work around or some additional code I need to apply just for Safari?

I see this idea was put up quite a while ago. What are you all doing for this challenge?Imagine you have effectively a catalog of topics/courses offered on location for customers. The date and location isn’t set until interest is expressed. So, no sessions can be created. This is not an ecommerce thing, the customers are internal. How do your customers tell you what they want so you can create the sessions or maybe even a new course for their people to self enroll?Do you use Docebo for that, or outside processes?

We have many instructors teaching the same class, but different sessions. We also provide a survey following a class to collect attendee feedback that can provide valuable insight to the effectiveness of each individual instructor’s delivery. The survey results can help the instructor improve perceived weaknesses (e.g., pace, clarity) while continuing with what they are doing well (positive feedback).Currently the only way I've found to view surveys displays all sessions/all instructors (Course Management, Reports, Training material statistics).Question: How can each instructor get notified (or retrieve) survey responses pertaining only to the class sessions they taught and not show survey responses for other instructor session deliveries?

Good morning! We have extended enterprise clients that use their own subdomain of our site like subname.company.com/theirname- when mangers attempt to view My Team, they just get a spinning circle. I am able to reproduce this when I log in as them. If I login as them and login to our site url, they are able to see My Team. The customer that reported it said it started about a week ago. Is this a known issue?

Hi all,We’ve noticed that when we edit a user, say for any reason from something as simple as a typo in their name or if they transferred to another location, that it for lack of a better phrase “re-enrolls” them into courses in which they were already enrolled and thus impacts accurate reporting. For our use, 99/100 times we do not want a change we make to a user’s profile to impact their enrollments but it does. Is there a way around this? Or is there something we need to change to ensure this doesn’t happen?

Hello, there! I am looking into creating a group that anyone who has NOT started a course or is listed as IN PROGRESS will be a part of. The intention is that once they complete the course they will be removed from this group, but not unenrolled from the course itself.I've located this document for help on the help webpage:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020084100-Managing-GroupsHowever, all it states is that you can have enrollment based off of enrollment status. A link takes me here:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020082940-User-Levels-Roles-and-Statuses#post-simple-toc-heading-4With this document it states that one status is "Enrolled", which indicates that the user is enrolled, but hasn't actually started the training yet. This appeared to fit my requirements, yet when I look into Eligibility for auto-addition to a group, the only options do not include Enrollment as it is described, but Subscribed, which appears to me to include anyone in the course.
